Y-you didn’t actually specify the deploy location of Veles and Svarog there

But I prefer my plan for a few reasons.
A: The mountainous terrain up north may do a good job of normally making it difficult for our Sky Eye units to spot — they only go so high, Recon should be able to deal with that problem by moving through the mountains and simply changing the anchor point. The mountainous terrain should also be pretty fucking good for the sniping aspect of the Recon.

B: As for down South, I’m not sure Recon will be as useful in this context, since a large part of the resistance down there is going to be naval — not much Recon can do against ships that are clearly visible anyhow. That’s why I suggested Front Line instead. I also wanted to see how Barrier does.

Our Notable Performance in Kobarid has gained the attention of General Weingartner.

Our Disappointing Performance in Portogroz has gained the attention of Admiral Waismann.

King Meusburger has increased our budget by 2.

After some discussion, we've decided it couldn't hurt to show off some of the equipment we've already completed.  The noble in question is Count Vladimir von Durzeta, a rather flamboyant pale-skinned man with slicked-back hair and a very...toothy smile.  He seems particularly interested in the Rune of Power and its capability to slow and stop bleeding, even asking for a demonstration.  We refused for obvious reasons, but he didn't seem terribly upset, thankfully.  Count von Durzeta has expressed an interest in possibly providing additional funds for our group, and perhaps even working with us later in spell development.  He has, however, asked if he could have one of our Magineers "for dinner" - a particularly long-necked fellow by the name of Ante Vusic.  Ante seems nervous by the prospect and unsure of Vladimir's intentions, but if we agree that it's in the 624th's best interests, he will join the Count for dinner.  What should we do?

I want to do this and the Steiner's Shield, to massively amp up survivability on the front line and advance in runic tech:

Synergetic Scepter - Life

This design is a specialized wand --well, really a staff-- aimed at both vastly improving the effectiveness of the Rune of Power - Life (as the rune seems to have had more of a morale impact than a tactical one) and creating a base for further staves for our runic spells.

The Synergetic Scepter is not a small, thin little wand: it's a sizable staff, as a matter of fact, though it is usable if a little clunky with one hand. The staff is made of wood, though efforts are made for the construction to be fairly sturdy, as far as wood construction goes. The reason that the Synergetic Scepter is as big as it is is because of the way that it uses the real estate that size creates. Along the surface of the Synergetic Scepter, making it the Synergetic Scepter - Life, are a series of Runes of Power - Life, drawn in intricate patterns that swirl in rings around the staff before meeting at a single point at the top of the staff. The intent of this is to both remove the requirement to stop and bandage somebody, as mana can be pumped through the runes on demand through the Scepter, and to vastly increase the speed and power of the spell through the patterns and the multiple runes, allowing for rapid on-the-battlefield recovery from wounds.

The Scepter is intended to be modular enough as a concept for a runic staff that it merely takes a revision in the future to tailor new versions of it for other spells.

I'm not completely sold on the sceptre, but it's still early days. I'll hold off for now and see if anyone suggests an alternative.

I'll just post here what I posted in the discord. I think we should make a spell that flings the enemy like our boys can fling artillery shells. It'd let them deal with all infantry enemies effectively, but especially the ones in fulcrum armour.

I think it's a bit early to be voting, but if we are, obviously I'll vote for what I wanted to do. I believe the nobleman vote is strategy phase.

This Rune ist drawn in clothing. IT favors the Item IT adorns with the very Wind. The wearers become unnaturally fast and agile.


Please Feel free to enhance on the concept.
