Hyperventilating. Blurry thoughts. Fuzzy vision. Typical signs of shock, or at least high stress.
"Calm down it's fine you're fine Alys..." she muttered nervously.

Mm, wrong tome. It was easy enough to dodge the light blast, but this close up she was ill-equipped to retaliate.

As Vanessa and Jupi dropped the man with arrow and talon, Claire had a brief urge to catch him and lower him to the floor - but the feeling passed soon enough, especially given what these people had likely done. She stepped gingerly over the unconscious bodies, following the others.

"Okay, time to see what's behind door number 1. Fingers crossed for piles of gold~"

Clover moves to R4, opens the door on Q4, then (probably, assuming enemies inside and not loot) footpads to S4.

"Oh, hey, looks like I won a prize."

With an easy smile Clover would begin heading inside.

Clover will Footpad to Q4.

Aurelia wasn't exactly able to talk in bird form, but Clover could probably figure out what she meant when she landed and nudged her pack - she was a bit loaded down, did she need her to take anything?

R4, grab tonic and vuln.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

"Don't drop that, okay?"

Clover would look a touch worried as she pulled out the tonic to hand to Aurelia for safekeeping... for now.

Clover moves to N3, lockpicks the chest, then Footpads to O3.

Clover inserted her pick into the lock on the chest, and quickly realized that it wasn't actually locked. She flipped up the lid to reveal...

Nothing. It was empty. She moved to the other chest and checked it as well. Unlocked... But also empty.

Well, at least she hadn't bent her lockpicks at all.
