Ok, let’s retry the character sheet:

Name: Jack
Monster Class: Spectre
Monster Type:
Status: Healthy
Floor: 1
Inventory: Absolutely nothing.

((Better, but wouldn't spectre be a type of ghost, and thus belong to the Ghost Monster Class?))

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

((Perhaps, but it's arguable that they're more synonyms than subtypes.))

((I would prefer to leave all of them on the Ghost Monster Class, since I can't think of any monster that would fit on the Spectre Monster Class if there was one, other than Spectres themselves.))

((fair enough, although I might count trappers or lurkers or other object-related phantasms personally.))

((I admit I'll need a bit to figure out what variety of creature I really want to be. I've got a few different ideas, but I'm not certain which one I'd be okay getting stuck with. Would eldritch be too powerful? It refers to more than just cosmic horrors after all.))

He glanced around, confused.
"Erm... I don't think I'm supposed to be this deep in." He hissed uncertainly. "But I'm not exactly rushing to get slaughtered by The Chosen Ones either. But if I stay here, then I'll just get on y'all's nerves. So I have something to learn while I'm here, then I'll go back to Floor One. Can someone teach me some solid offensive magic? All I have is this tingly sparkle thing. I've always envied you full Demons and Devils for your magical power." He holds up his hands and does his sparkly ember thing. "So impressive..."

Scream for help! If that doesn't work, use the coins to adorn my potty body and look fabulous so an adventurer will be fooled!!

((No, I won't allow you to have C4. First, C4 hasn't been created yet as magic is used instead of explosives. Second, you can't hold either C4 or a detonator as...))

Yeah, that inside joke flew really far above your head.

Also, who do I control? The head or the body? I can't update my sheet if I don't know.

Flick my tongue and sniff the air to find out which direction the prey is in.

(By "Lizard" I assume you mean some sort of Komodo dragon-like thing, right?)

OOC: Based on |Status: Headless| I would guess the body, but as an Undead, if your head is still intact, you can control it through a magical undead mental link. You could probably re-attach your head to your body, even, if you line things up properly.

((Actually both, being undead you have control over every part of your body. But if you get too far, you'll have to choose which part to focus on for both simplicity and so I don't have to keep track of both.))

((Your entire inventory is dropped upon death, so don't assume that you respawn with the same coin every time you die.))

((With lizard, I mean a large dungeon lizard. You're not too small to be stepped on, but you're still kinda fragile. Size of about a small cat. You can evolve into a Komodo Dragon or a Cocodrile later, but I would understand if you want to pick another Monster Class instead.))

((I admit I'll need a bit to figure out what variety of creature I really want to be. I've got a few different ideas, but I'm not certain which one I'd be okay getting stuck with. Would eldritch be too powerful? It refers to more than just cosmic horrors after all.))

((I think I'll allow moving from one Monster Class to another through evolution as long as they are related, so players don't feel too limited on options. Eldritch is probably too powerful for a starting Monster Class.))
