Schemes, plots, and devilish plans. Who knew that in order to create a proper mystery it would take the creation of a world where these stories can arise by themselves? Well, this is Dwarf Fortress, so everyone already knew the answer to that question. We want to leave no stone unturned, so you can leave no stone unturned as you seek the dastardly villain. Before you can learn to suspect everyone we need to create the usual suspects. We want to create the perfect knot for you to fiddle with as your fortress tears itself apart looking for traitor who sold you out. Happy hunting!

Fun with Numbers
Thanks to everybody who helped out! Bumped up this month by
Dorf Cards, which was a very neat fan project. Now we move back to religion and villains to close out the year. Originally, we were hoping to release around this time, but as you've probably observed, there were various additions made on top of the initial plan. Now we're pretty much back to the original schedule of w.g. villains -> post w.g. villains -> adv mode villains -> dwarf mode villains -> cleanup -> release. Naturally, "post w.g. villains" also includes some respect for corruption, guilds, merchant companies, friendships, lovers, and the other new additions, to the extent we can cross the pesky w.g./post w.g. boundary (some features have trouble making it over due to spatial or temporal issues, mainly, as more scheduling needs to be done to make sure people are in the same place at the same time.)
