Stand Name: Hammer to Fall
Stand Ability: Vibration

Hammer to Fall can cause vibrations in matter.  The vibrations cannot act on a large scale (ie. Hammer to Fall cannot replicate earthquakes) but can be used for fairly low-level vibrations, like stunning a small group of people.  The full concentrated power of Hammer to Fall can break a few bones in a human at close-range.  While these vibrations can have other (TBA) applications, Hammer to Fall is not yet strong enough or the user knowledgeable enough to use these.  [Clarification can be added if required]

Power: C [While the stand's physical capabilities are weak, the vibrations are stronger (and can be used to augment physical attacks) and will become stronger yet.]

Speed: B [The stand is pretty fast, being able to attack before most stands (in exchange for its low durability) and can quickly deliver its vibrations.]

Range: C [The stand can move around a small battle arena, like a street, with little trouble, but cannot go very far from the user, like multiple streets apart.  The vibrations travel dependent on their power, and so are restricted by the power stat, not the range stat, and by their individual power.]

Durability: E [The stand, while not being affected by its own vibrations, is not very durable.  A few hits from an A-power stand will defeat the stand and leave the user in a sever critical medical condition.]

Precision: B [The stand, while not perfect, is still precise, for example being able to deliver vibrations to specific bones and muscles in a human.]

Potential: A [The stand and stand user will learn the possible applications of the stand through experience and training.]

Action: Play with vibrations in a sink of water.

(It took me a while to get a not monstrously overpowered Stand out of the generator (Three different versions of "you're a god now" in a row), but I think I like the one I got. Even this one had an AAACCB statline as-generated)

Stand Name: Hypnotic

Stand Ability: Hypnotic is an ability to manifest drastically sped up versions of plant metabolism anywhere out to 50 meters, primarily the production of plant matter from carbon in the air and light. The closer to Hypnotic's user, the more accelerated the effect is. Hypnotic does not naturally have a body, but has phytokinetic control of plant matter at close range. Hypnotic is considered a Possession Stand possessing the plant matter it influences. Possessed matter is able to both interact with other Stands and be seen by humans without Stands. Hypnotic doesn't work on fruit juice, rope, cotton clothing or other processed and un-natural plants.

Power - B (Plants created from scratch by Hypnotic can deviate significantly from their base form, eg a leaf able to fly straight and with an edge sharp enough to cut stone. Hypnotic's direct phytokinetic abilities are also formidable, enough to duel another close range stand.)

Speed - C (Most of Hypnotic's influence comes with some delay, as even accelerated plant metabolic functions take at least a second or two under normal conditions. Hypnotic's phytokinetic abilities are faster, but rely on having plant matter to work with in order to take effect immediately.)

Range - B (Hypnotic is able to use amplified plant metabolism out to ~50 meters to control or create plants, the closer the faster, and within ~5 meters is able to use direct phytokinesis.)

Durability - C (Having no true body, Hypnotic does not replicate injuries between Stand and Stand User. Despite this, razor leaves aren't the best defense for its User.)

Precision - D (Hypnotic has access to the senses of plants under its influence. This means it is blind to all but the brightest light sources, can somewhat discern heat, smell, and can feel touch, damage, and humidity clearly.)

Potential - A (This set of powers is extremely versatile, and throwing razor leaves from nowhere barely scratches the surface of what it can do.)

Description: None... yet.

I instinctively produce a razor leaf from thin air in response to the stinging pain in my arm putting me on edge. Curious as to why a leaf has appeared floating in front of me, I reach out an touch it, nicking myself and throwing the leaf away where it embeds itself in a wall. Get the hang of making leaves with and without razor sharp edges and making them fly around the room. After the first couple, they'll take much longer to appear until a curtain rod and window are destroyed by an errant razor leaf, letting in more air and light, at which point they'll be much faster to grow than the first couple. At this point I realize I've been wrecking up the room a bit more than I can afford to and quit while I'm behind. Go outside and look for anyone else making leaves.
