Yes. However Jerick just spent an action doing nothing, next time they or you have downtime, why not issue an alliance offer? (only one side has to)

Only one of us needs to spend an action, it doesn't cost an action to accept (otherwise alliances would be a real pain to form) since you've spent an action on it I should be able to just accept it.

Duke The_Two_Eternities attacks LII, and annihilates the enemy. 9 loot is taken as spoils. They also build 5 boats.

King MonkeyMarkMario attacks LXX, destroying the enemy. They also attack LXXV, but the troops end up taking a wrong turn at Albuquerque. 7 loot is taken as spoils. Proposed alliance with Soutron falls on deaf ears.

Duke Jerick raids XI. They manage to evade patrols and obtain 5 loot. They also conduct a comprehensive investment into II infrastructure, building an additional latrine in the market square- the amount of peasants standing uselessly in line decreases 4-fold.

The Masked Tribes hold a thumb twiddling contest. Sir KitRougard wins! (You know you could have sent out some alliance offers and/or tried to vassalize some neutrals, right?  )

Duke EvictedSaint proposes Alliance to Redsvale, who agree with much occillation. They also raid  XLI with 3 troops. They manage to avoid patrols and obtain 4 loot, but are only able to bring back 3.

Count TankKit is crowned Duke of Adreksvalred.

Sort of, yes. You can send as many troops as you want to either defend your ally or help out with an attack. However they can not spend these points, and you may withdraw them at any time, if they are needed elsewhere.

Because I genuinely did not notice the message, apparently. It's been a while, but I doubt I would have deliberately spurned you considering the then-imminent Triple Alliance.

Attack LXV with 50%. If I can't accept MonkeyMarkMario's alliance offer after a turn, offer an alliance to him. If I can, use the freed-up action to attack XLIII with 50%.
