Militia dwarves refuse to put on uniforms unless they are already near them.  Because of this there are two options (depending on whether a militia dwarf has been stationed at a certain spot.  The first is to fasten the uniform to the dwarf using a rope.  This works for all militia dwarves including those that are not stationed somewhere.  The other option (which is only available if the militia dwarf is stationed somewhere) is to instead fasten the uniform to the place where the dwarf is stationed.  Regardless of the method used, this requires one rope per piece of the uniform.

Ammunition is not supplied this way, and militia dwarves will not collect ammunition themselves either.

The only way for dwarves to collect ammunition is to have it lodged into their flesh. Even a dwarf that can swat an arrow out of the air won't think to grab it.

Giant keas steal anything. ANYTHING.

This means workshops, buildings, animals and even dwarves.

If an animal/dwarf is stolen, it brings up the message “(creature) was whisked away by a giant kea!”

Goblins can dig out adamantine and use it during siege. They can also dig deep enough to unleash clowns upon your fortress during sieges.

Goblins can use clowns as mounts.
