+1 (No, but there've been a few crafty ones who can speak and write Low Gothic. It's been a real problem for the Inquisition; Kommandos who can read your battle plans and sensitive intelligence. That's saying something, especially considering that even the best-trained Ogryn abhumans in the Imperium can barely count to four. Orks in general tend to be just as impatient, stupid, or just uncaring.)
