Alright, going to try this:

Generally, every focused attack is lethal on even terms(weapon vs armour), and every basic attack will set up for a lethal hit.

Can units without (or even with) weapons
a) pick weapons off the ground?
b) try to disarm an opponent to either gain possession of their weapon or just make them drop it?

You can trip, or steal a weapon or held object from a unit trying to dodge.

So what happens if there is only one unit on a team? Won't it just perma-dodge and be invincible?

Maybe new blood, item creation/extend item lists and maybe more race options or what not? (!Make sure it’s kust looks so not need new rules for new stuff. As that can further break teams.)
