Item-Info ? (Solved)

I installed the latest Starter Pack and have this question:

when I hit 'k' and browse the (embark)-map I get a list of objects to the right, which I can browse with '+' and '-'

but what then ? what commands are applicable when I have highlighted an object in this list ?

E.g. there is an ant-hill and I'd like to get some verbose information on it.

Neither vermin colonies nor "grass" has any additional info.

If there's additional info available you'll see an Enter prompt for it at the bottom, and if it's a creature you can follow with F. Sadly there's no data on anthill population (yet).
