Starting Early - Will vampires and necro towers spawn?

Hello!

I like the idea of starting very early but I know I will be missing on vampires and necromancers, right?

If I play for long enough, would they be generated over the years? Could villages, cities and towers and civilizations be "born" or they only spawn during world generation?

I've seen necromancer towers pop up within the first couple decades before but you may need some editing to get them to spawn reliably in a very early start. Setting [Number of Secret Types] to 0 in advanced generation results in no necromancers, so presumably you could get the opposite effect by increasing that.

I got a necro tower in year 40 on a pocket world, but i had to mod dwarves to have a god of death. I suspect vampires have popped up somewhere as well, but havent looked.
