Damnit! I knew I had to take out that one plasma bug!

Can you post an example of what our new character's gear and rank should look like?

As a new player, I'm assuming I don't get access to the fancy new things that all the recently-killed players get.

While we wait for orders, see if I can't legally acquire something heavier than a Morita, like a spare rocket launcher or something.

Spoiler: Fuze (click to show/hide)
Same as before but with one extra death from Fuze II having a plasma allergy, and a scope attached to my 6P41 LMG.

Question about merit points: How do you obtain them? Do you add one to your sheet with each death?

Much less active than I used to be on these forums, but I still visit them on occasion. Will probably resume my activity in full once Dwarf Fortress will be released on Steam.

Upon meeting the brain bug, unload the morita into it while throwing both frags at it.  Then turn around and declare to the bugs that TRUMP is now their brain bug, as they can clearly see; he has a tremendous head, which means he has a tremendous brain.  Tremendous guts, too!

I'm considering merging this into http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=172365

Where you are all reassigned to help a long lost border colony...

You'll still be mobile infantry and heroes of the human race.

I'll have to take a closer look when I'm more clear-headed, that one seems to have a lot more detail to it.
