I would prefer collectively. But you can start as a lower rank if you want, it will be harder because you will be a vassal of the higher rank.

Ok so here it is: All of Europe, starting over as dukes(if you want to be a count you can but you will be a vassal of someone), and continued in this thread. To make this simple on me give me were in Europe you want to start(as in if you want to be in the British Isles give me a region in there like Ireland) and as what(duke or count); I will assign your duchy, or county, based on this. This will also help me decide where the non player kingdom will be. I will make excepts if you know exactly what duchy, or county, you want to be in.

Also I will let you all know what the mechanic changes will be before we start.

Also, also there will be a map, but it will be a more simplified map than the last one.

You are going to be smaller than you think, Alsace is its own duchy. I am using the duchies from CK2. I may or may not combine duchies, haven't decided yet.
