Bob grunts in displeasure after his apple went flying off the ship. He really, really did not like this snake. But he was nothing if not persistent.

Throw another apple at its wound or mouth, unless someone else kills it. If someone else kills it, take a moment to examine my bag and the apples inside closer.

Just hang out and ensure that it doesn't do anything. If the snake moves, apply cranial readjustment until it stops.

Get to a safe distance, then proceed to shoot up the guardian.

Turn 3: It's Not Dead, Yet

INITIATIVE:
Dermonster/Tabark(11)
Beirus/Bob(86)
Iridium64/Iridium(32)
Madman198237/Lakonikos(31)
TricMagic/Yuki(89)
Boundary Guardian(13, 61 = 13)

Yuki starts by coming back round and trying to ram the Boundary Guardian again!

Ram!(5, 1 = 5) vs. EVADE!(6-3=3)

Agonized, the Guardian could hardly move to evade Yuki's charge.

Ram!(2) vs. Resist!(2)
It hit, but Yuki hadn't used their charge pedal and as such barely shook it.

Meanwhile every bit of ice the Zamboni laid down turned into slime-covered fish that started slowly flopping towards the giant snake.

Bob didn't like the snake.

Apple!(3, 4 = 4) vs. Evade!(5-3=2)

The false fruit flew through the air and landed on the snake's wound.

Pain!(4-2=2)

Tentacles began growing out of the wound, thrashing madly. The snake didn't take it well.

Iridium didn't like the idea of being anywhere near the thing after what it almost did to him.

So while it was debilitated he ran off, heading to the other side of the ship.

Blam!(3) vs. Evade!(4-3=1)

The beam hit. Of course it did. The snake wasn't making any effort to evade.

Resist!(3, 2 = 2)

The beam didn't actually hit the snake's wound, but it made another gaping wound after shrinking and shattering a portion of its scales.

Lakonikos stood, glaring at the snake, whirling his hammer around. If it moved it was due for a whooping.

Tabark saw his chance. Time to finish the dang thing off.

Hammertime!(1) vs. Evade!(1-3=-2)

Tabark swung a bit too soon, missing, at least until the magma appeared and fired off like some mage's blast.

Resist!(6-2=4)

Coating a section of scales nowhere near any of the existing wounds and burning it.

The snake overpowered its agony, screaming in rage.

Apparently I will be rolling >30 and <40 for initiative for the rest of the game. That's fine though, right? Also, you made that snake seem much more dead than it appears to have been.

Finish off that snake.

"Not done yet, are we? Fine, I guess I'll hit you again."

"AHAHAHAHAHAH!"

Delighted by his newfound ability, Tabark wildly swings at the guardian, launching bolts of magma at the beast and following up with a smaaaaash!

See if I can mentally urge the tentacles in the wound to rip or somehow burst the snake apart. Or at least see if they can damage the snake some. If I can't do that, throw another apple at the harshest wound on the guardian or down its throat so it can choke on my tentapple goodness.

Focus on shattering more scales.
