This is the generic roll system for non-attacking rolls.

Example: SML6 tries to build a car.
[0: Universal Failure] Instead of building a car, you build a black hole generator and activate it. You've created a black hole! (+1 to next roll, cause you'll need it)
[1: Massive Failure] You build a car but it immediately catches on fire. (-1 to next roll)
[2: Failure] You try to build a car but can't find enough parts.
[3: Minor Success] You build a car,but only the frame, it doesn't function.
[4: Success] You built a working car.
[5: Major Success] You build a very efficient car, with high speed and low fuel usage. (+1 to next roll)
[6: Overshoot] You build the world's fastest car and almost immediately crash it into a wall, breaking most of your bones. (-1 to next roll)
[7: Perfect] You build not just a car, but a flying car that can take you anywhere you wish within a day's time. (-1 to next roll, you're getting too lucky)

When attacking someone, the attacker and the target must both roll, and the difference determines how badly damaged the target is.

A difference of 1 or 2 is a normal hit
A difference of 3 or higher is a critical hit
An equel result is a draw

If the target rolls higher than the attacker, the target counters the attack.

Remember, we are in mother Russia, land of great communism. In Russia all are equal, so none have personal belongings. All belongings are public.
