Harbinger of Catnip: I will create adequate sustenance for my servants and will not let them starve.

Fairly specific. And either trivial or monumentally difficult depending how you define some things. Denied.

Herald of Kittens: I will never directly harm cats.

Cats do not currently exist, and is a very specific type of creature. If you decided to create a world where the apex predator is a large lizard, this stipulation would mean nothing. It combines the action [never harm], which is about a medium-strength action to limit, and combines it with the very specific [cats]. You might get a bit more mileage out of [predatory animals], in cat's place there. Though you would probably also need to upgrade [never harm] all the way to [won't interfere with], when dealing with a specific subset of the subset of matter that is living things. Denied.

Bane of Dogs: I will never create anything dog-related.

Extremely specific. If you ever needed, for some reason, to create a dog, you could get away with simply creating something very similar to a dog, that can fulfill all of your needs while still not being a dog. Denied.

Very to-the-point. None of your acts that are destructive and be destructive to life. Acceptable

This, of course, does not prevent you from manipulating through fear things that you haven't created yourself. It also doesn't prevent you from making your creations afraid for any reason other than to manipulate their actions. It also doesn't prevent you from trying to manipulate your own creations using lies, encouragement, hatred, etc. Far too narrow. Denied

• I will never create anything unless in order to create or nurture life

"Create and nurture life" is a little vague and subjective. What one person sees as allowing life to bloom another might see as killing life off. This one isn't exactly as binary as "can only create life, not destroy it", because it governs what you can and cannot do with things other than the life itself, such as the environment.
Despite all that, it's actually a pretty broad stipulation, so acceptable.

• I will never alter living creatures against their will

Hmm. Might seem a bit niche, but living creatures will probably be a big component of what you need to work with here, so being unable to just go tinker with them is a pretty real handicap. Note that this means that you need to get specific permission from the creature itself. Silence is not consent. If you want to modify something without a mouth, like a tree, tough luck. Acceptable.

Free-will: The Sentient creations of yours have free-will.

Protip: they do have free will regardless of if you want them to or not. Tricky little buggers. Denied.

Mutation: You must create Monsters and Dungeons that grant power to those who challenge them.

I mean, I can either interpret this as you ONLY being able to create the things listed, and nothing else ever, or I could interpret it as you automatically using all of your Essense to create as many dungeons and monsters as possible every turn, regardless of what's happening. Acceptable.

Love: Love and camaraderie brings power to your free-willed creations.

Okay? Did you forget what you were supposed to be putting in the character sheet at this point? That's nice and all, but it doesn't resemble a Stipulation even a little. Denied.

Supernatural Power: All creations must have some form of power beyond normal limits.

Have fun spending extra Essence on granting magical powers to everything. Acceptable.

Foundation: I can create laws and physical matter, but I cannot create sentient life.

Should this be read as "can only create physical laws and inanimate matter, and nothing else", or as "can not create sapient life?"
The former case is Acceptable, being a broad limitation on your abilities. The other... well, sapient life is a pretty important thing, and you'll certainly want to have them. However, this stipulation would not prevent you from making some clever and adaptable creatures and waiting for them to work out sapience. It's just pretty easy to work around, when it comes down to it. Denied.

Order: I cannot create something that will ignore my physical laws.

Ah, but you could create things that ignore physical laws that YOU haven't put into place. Which will probably end up being most of them. Denied.

'The Big Picture': I cannot influence a single tree, only the whole forest.

A little vague. This means that you're unable to interact with a singular object, only with a whole set of similar objects, all at once. If there exists something in the world that is unique, then you're unable to interact with it. If there is no forest, you can do nothing with a single tree. Acceptable.

Complacency: I cannot undo something another god did

But you remain free to undo things that you did, or things that just happened, or to just modify something another god did such that the thing now works basically the same as before but very slightly different. Denied.

Amorality: I cannot choose a side in conflicts between gods/sentient life

This amounts to limiting your diplomacy, not your power. Denied.

Stipulations cannot include clauses including, but not limited to, "When possible", "When not contradicting other Stipulations", and "When not contradicting the will of other gods".
Should you find yourself in a situation where one Stipulation requires you to take an action that another Stipulation forbids, you will immediately take 40 damage to Vitality and do nothing that turn.
If you have a Stipulation that requires you to perform certain actions, you will perform those actions, regardless of what action you posted for that turn. In extreme cases this can result in you completely losing control of your character to Stipulations.

Always acting via a physical avatar is fine. This will limit your abilities to only creating an avatar, and using any abilities that you grant your avatar.

Stipulations are not yet finalized.
"Ordering" a sapient around will have a chance of failure regardless, because they're free to do what they want. This stipulation explicitly gives you permission to offer sapients jobs to do, which is about the same as giving them an order in your situation. Free-Will could prevent you from directly possessing or mind-controlling a sapient, but that's a pretty niche power so I'm going to say it's not enough for a stipulation on its own.
Simply Yggdrasil to "cannot create or manipulate life on any plane or body that does not include a Great Tree." Stipulations are not the place to define what your symbol is, or to decide how magical forces are distributed.

So if I offer some race the gift, say, of extra tails, I have to conduct a poll on the nearest mountain? I can't just "offer them the gift", and have whoever doesn't want it not get a tail?

Gods are pretty knowledgeable, can I know how the members of some race would feel about having extra tails without asking?
