Mr. Shredder is far too busy preparing his sleep spell to notice anything unusual.

Dullahan was a bit busy cleaning his head, it'd gotten some blood on it, had both sets of eyes somewhat distracted. (Perception = 7)

From overhead, Stella d'Vadalis spotted one of the swans dip it's head into the water, emerging with a flopping fish. It bit it cleanly in two, and the cygnets swam in to eat the head. [Perception 19]

Even with the help of the flame, Jonathan's eyes where just not as sharp today.

(Prepared Spells: Sleep x2)

Mr. Shredder nods, lowers the Skiff as close to the surface of the water as it will go, and begins readying a sleep spell. He then directs the craft to move towards the birds. Mr. Shredder will cast sleep on the Swans as soon as they begin to react to the Skiff's approach.

The skiff set down neatly in the water, propelling itself along the surface as easily as the sort of boat that doesn't fly. Ripples washed outwards. As the waves reached the swans, one of their heads snapped around towards your skiff. Then all of the others.

Mr. Shredder cast his sleep spell. The eight cygnets and the two adults closest to them started to look tired. The cygnets swam in, and the swans lifted wings to drape over them, and they fell fast asleep.

In a fury of wings, splashing, and honking, the remaining eight adults came charging towards you from about 30 feet away.

Three more of the swans begin to tire, looking back to the others sleeping, and to the charge, they swim off over to some reeds and bed down.
