Stella will inspect the other door. "These two sets of doors, therefore, are likely to ensure that the unbreathable air does not enter the presumably breathable facility."

Mr. Shredder nods. "In that case, I doubt the second door will open until the first one is closed! Lets get this valuable looking armor back to the Skiff, so we don't have to do so while laden with treasure later, and then figure out how to shut the door behind us."

The Hobgoblin grabs a suit of armor from a locker, and turns back towards the exit, gesturing for the others to follow his lead.

Brother Jonathan picks up a suit of armor and transferred it to the skiff.

Atil helps, and then prepares to close the door by force.

After the last set of armor is loaded onto the Skiff, and every member of the party is back inside, Mr. Shredder turns his attention back toward the doors. "These gray rectangles may be a clue..."

The Wizard gives the gray rectangle near the inner door a close examination.

It juts out from the wall on some kind of mounting. Ropes extend from it into the wall, built into the framing. It's about 28 inches across, corner to corner. A rectangular trench surrounded a small symbol of a circle with a line through it.

The grey itself was odd. You could almost make out a pattern or a symbol faded into it. It was nearly round and used to have writing above and below it.

Atil traces the symbol on it with his finger, out of curiosity.
“This wasn’t one of the number symbols.”

“This may have been instructions for operating the doors at some point, but I am uncertain. I am even more uncertain what can be done with this.”

"I wonder what the ropes are for." Brother Jonathan rubbed his chin.

[Weirdsound]

Mr. Shredder considers the rectangle, and the ropes. "They may be part of some non-magical mechanism to open to door," The Hobgoblin replies, Pressing against the circular symbol to see if it may be a button of sorts.

It made a pleasantly soft ticking sound, then a gentle high pitched sound you didn't realize had been there faded.
