Color type when praying to a Deity?

I see several of my dwarves praying to their deity, but some are colored green while others are colored purple with an exclamation mark.  What's the difference between them ?

Purple needs are stronger and dwarves won't interrupt them for other tasks. They get like that if they've been unable to pray for a while.

To extend the answer a little: The same color logic applies to social and scientific activities as well.

I mean, looks like the need to thank has already been fulfilled so I think NTJedi is safe
