Forcing embark item list to have specific stone?
« on: August 18, 2018, 08:39:21 pm »

Some stones come out when settled, but other stones doesnt came out sometimes.

I added gunpowder stone. and brimstone, saltpeter are needed to make gunpowder stone.

Can i fix these stones to come out unconditionally?

You can only embark with stones that your civilization has access to. If none of your civ's sites are built over brimstone, you won't be able to embark with brimstone. There is no way to force the list to have a stone, but you can make the stone more common so your civ has a better chance of having access to it. You can do this by making a copy of it in the raws with a different ID, so it is more likely to occur. You can also make it occur in more types of stone layers.

Couldn't you make a reaction that produces a brimstone boulder, to ensure your civ always has access to it (much like they always do to steel)?
