They aren't so filled that they are rivers colored red with blood but they are "laced" when I fill my waterskin and when swimming in them, my guy comes out drenched in elf blood which leaves quite a trail. At first, I thought my character was cursed to be dripping with elf blood from impolite places on his person, but I noticed large puddles of it along the river near the dark pits.

Oh, and I hilariously mispressed the "fill" waterskin direction and topped off with a puddle of elf blood at the river's edge. I couldn't figure out how to dump it so I chugged the whole thing and started vomiting!

No, I had zero generated of clouds and rain. There were many large pools of it around the river, but nothing noticeable by looking at specific tiles in the river.

evil weather still forms even after disabled, there will be at least one or more types of evil cloud/weather in only one or two regions. although very very tame compared to the extreme ones when left at default settings
