Don't we also have like two guns and a multitude of melee weapons? Are these somehow hidden in our clothes?

(It is assumed that all one-handed weapons and items are somehow concealed under clothing for now. The protagonist has no two-handed melee or guns yet, so concealing weapons is not a problem unless you get frisked, or someone has a reason to suspect that you're packing heat. Or unless you walk through a metal detector. Two-handed items will be harder to conceal.

I might consider a limit to how many one-handed guns/melee the protagonist can conceal. Maybe up to 4 one-handed guns and melee weapons can be concealed?)

OPTION A: Loud and proud massacre
we could kill them both
Alright, let's make that an action.

Shoot the receptionist at point blank range, then kill the security guard.

If there's only one way in or out of the building, our targets will have to go through us to escape.

OPTION B: Avoid civilian casualties, maintain some degree of stealth
We could probably just ignore the receptionist.
So just walk past her and garrote the security guard and pray she doesn't notice, then.
or just walk past them.
we just need to take out the security officer to get full clearance, garrote him in a location of quietness and not being tracked by a camera

OPTION C: HOSTAGE?

Are you seriously saying nobody's noticed the Michael Myers/Punisher hybrid that just walked in?

So what do you say everybody, hostage situation?

OTHER/UNSORTED:

(These suggestions can easily be done without conflicting with any other options, so I can definitely do them.)

They have cameras and phones that is a very bad idea, and as for that

check location have those CCTVS and any locations for wired phones?, the secretary is on one and maybe the security officer has one?

As for a conversation starter while making sure we nonchalantly remove the Michael mask, “Hello, I believe during work as a construction worker and strenuous activity that it gave me a hernia on-scene. I am apart of no health plan, and I am looking to see if your hospital can provide one.”, directed at the receptionist and as we head towards her
can we break into a laundry room or something to get a better disguise? like a hospital gown or a doctor or nurse's outfit?

Gonna need some votes on these.

So we’re just going to follow the security officer, okay. Just make sure you make a dismissive comment towards the secretary that you have an appointment here

You look around and see some cameras on the ceiling. Definitely gonna have to make sure you don't do anything while in sight of them, and stick to the shadows when doing anything suspicious. Or just neutralize the guy operating the cameras. Or destroy the cameras.

As you remove your mask, you go to the receptionist and give your cover story: You were a construction worker that got hernia from all the strenuous activity, and need aid.

"Whatever." The receptionist drones again in a "dead on the inside" voice. "Hallway on the right."

can we break into a laundry room or something to get a better disguise? like a hospital gown or a doctor or nurse's outfit?

(If you can find one, yes!)

Let's go with plan garrote.
So we’re just going to follow the security officer, okay.

Sparing the receptionist, you follow the security guard as he opens the door to the hallway on the left. You find yourself in an almost pitch-black L-shaped hallway with the only light coming from a windowed door at the end of the hall, draw your fiber wire, and wrap it around the security guard's neck, strangling him. The security guard struggles in vain as you garrote him, but his movements eventually cease.

You check the security guard's body and find the following items to potentially loot:

1) His keycard and radio.

2) His security uniform, which includes a white long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and a cap.

3) A Glock 19, and some ammo.

4) A collapsible baton, which can be menacingly extended in an attempt to intimidate opponents and de-escalate confrontations.

5) A wallet with $25 and a photo of the guard with his four-year old son. There is also a small hand-made card with the words "I LOVE U DADY" [sic] written in crayon, along with a crude stick figure drawing of the kid and his daddy.

The guard may have been disposed of, but how are you going to dispose of his body?

Prop the guard up in a corner, so it looks like he's sleeping.
Take the glock, ammo, baton and His keycard and radio.

Check to make sure if the guard is actually dead or not...if he is really dead and we don't just think he is dead then...
If possible, write "I'm sorry." on the back of the child's card.
Do this.

Regardless of if he is dead or alive, do this
Prop the guard up in a corner, so it looks like he's sleeping.
Take the glock, ammo, baton and His keycard and radio.

I don't think "I'm sorry" excuses strangling a man with piano wire. That bridge is already burned so we might as well go on.
