What is data relay hacking range ?

Anything above 1 AU give penalties = to the distance(in AU) * size of ship(the length) - your ship size(again length) / 100. So at say 5 AU the penalty against this enemy would be 12 and can be no more than 100. The penalty is percentage of being unsuccessful on top of normal difficulties(you and your crew being AI gives you bonuses).
