Wizards race - Mozkeria Thread 1402

Several hundred years of peace, why? because the previous batch of Engineers, Designers, and Forgemasters were too stuck in their old ways to design PROPER new weapons. Today that changes! Five wizards have came to teach us something of their art- some sort of "Bet" between them and another group, and now the old guard are off to see the headsman, and YOU were "Given" the Position as one of the new Designers- The King even gave you the ability to decide which of the wizards he should ask to stay and What part of their art to teach! LONG LIVE MOZKERIA!

Mozkeria will prevail!

Enchanting and science sound fun for long term development, but anything else would probably be much better short term.

I am going to go with elementalism>Geomancer.

Create weapons and fortifications from almost nothing, hurl boulders at range, cover yourself with iron armor, even have the earth open up and swallow enemies whole.

I'll join up as well.

My worry with Geomancy is that flight is an obvious counter. Fleshmancy meanwhile brings with it the spectre of cat people. Of the options not yet discussed, I'd favour Enchanting.

I say Biomancy, Fleshmancy not for cat people, but enhanced soldiers and can play “ Hordes” style war beasts. Like creating living siege weapons basically, which is rad.

I have no intention of CatbPeople. Hulks, Artifical dragons and spells thatbreduce enemy organically to mush. But not cat people.

I guess I will join the obviously weaker side.

Thaumaturgy: so we can outfit our soldiers with equipment rather than rely singularly on our mages.

Enchanting: if we can get the cost down, no doubt it will be a huge boost to our overall forces.
