Hide behind the sink. Then, when the person enters, crawl into its mouth and take over its brain.
-1. How exactly would we interface with the brain?
SPIT A POISONOUS MIND-CONTROL THORN AT THE INTRUDER, MAKING HIM MY SLAVE!

Looks like a tie between Hide behind the sink and Dance Elegantly. Rolling a D6 to decide, 1-3=Dance and 4-6=Hide. It's a 3. Dance Elegantly it is.

Also, I'm going to say that from now on you can only -1 once per decision. Same goes with +1s. Otherwise I fear this game will just turn into a -1 fest.

(3) You kinda wiggle about a bit before just giving up, embarrassed at your performance. Meanwhile a door opposite you slowly opens, revealing a scared but determined looking man with paper in one hand and cup in the other. He is staring directly at you without blinking.

Wave an arm.
Also make puppy-dog eyes.

+1 Let's Charlotte's Web this shit
-1.

The book ends with the spider dying, in case you didn't realize it. Also, it is physically impossible for a spider to make puppy dog eyes.

Wave an arm.

(5) You wave your spidery arm so gracefully that he pauses, contemplating whether or not he should catch you since, really, all life is worth life in the end, even if it is a tiny little spider. Or he's just confused at the spider waving at him, but either way you've bought yourself some time.

All spiders die eventually.  Charlotte lived a good life.

I just realized that she must have mated at least once over the course of the book, but we never hear anything about it.  Do sapient spiders eat their mates?

Which reminds me: Are we playing a male spider or a female spider?  Because that will make a huge difference as far as our endgame goals are concerned.

It is totally possible for a spider to make puppy dog eyes.  Jumping spiders, anyway.  We are probably not a jumping spider though.

YES, HE'S DISTRACTED! TRY THE MIND-CONTROL THORN SPIT!

And before The_Two_Eternities or someone else puts a -1 on my suggestion, you gotta remember that this is a MINIMALIST suggestion game, meaning ridiculous stuff like this is ok.

The idea of -1ing any suggestion at all seems like such a killjoy option.  It feels fairer to just try and get votes for what you actually want to do, instead of vetoing everyone else.

I voted "-1 per decision", personally. The problem is that The_Two_Eternities makes himself look like one of those SHF* guys, who only puts a minus on my decisions because he didn't read that it's a minimalist game.

"-1" is the worst concept ever invented by humankind.

Anyway, puppy dog eyes now.
