As written Myomer would be an acceptable design. Gavrilium Myomer however would be a separate design to utilize the capabilities of both resources, and would likely be a "component" to be used in other designs much like the GavEngine.

On that particular note, another resource I'm inclined to add to the pile would be a room temp superconductor of sorts. I mean Gavrilium is extremely efficient as a power source, being able to transmit it with practically 0% losses in voltage or such wouold massively amplify the already great effects of stuff like gavrilium engine to say the least.

What would a RTSC be good for? Like, yes, in modern technology it's the bees knees, but will it really do us much good in 1912?

Well, it costs a design action to create a new special resource
Ohhhhh, OK, sorry about that. Sounds cool then Taricus! Yay for mech tech!

They would make anything that uses electricity very efficient, I guess? It's such a specialized technology now that I don't really know what's great about superconductors in general either.

Well. We can extract energy from gavrilium through electromagnetism.... And electricity is related.... Powdered Gavrilium as a pseudo-superconductor? As in, as the electricity passes through, it causes the gavrilium to release a tiny amount of energy into the current, just enough to counteract losses? Not ideal for general wiring I feel, but should be plenty sufficient for a hypothetical giant energy cannon.

GGG-12 (4): NUKE9.13, Parsely, Rockeater, Madman

Regular Design:
Gravite (5): NUKE9.13, Parsely, Rockeater, Madman, Jilladilla
Myomer (1): Taricus

I do second the name change for the GGG-12, though. It feels like it's missing something?

Okay, any suggestions? Like, I could call it the "GGG-12 Memutarkan", would that work? (That's Malay for 'rotate' according to google translate)

Now go vote for that mech tech please Parsely :P

And Gavrilium stores energy pretty well (I wonder if we can recharge spent rods), but that property means it's not good for conducting it. But given the superconductor, we can then use that to it's full efficacy, perfect for stuff like coilguns or lasers. Would also help to make the homefront a lot more energy efficient too. I mean, we can't expect one material to be able to do anything and everything.

And Nuke, Memutarkan-12 sounds good as a name for it.

What, you don't like GGG? But that's the best part! Alliteration always accentuates any action!

But seriously, I don't mind changing the name to whatever people prefer. Get a consensus and I'll change it.

That's even worse!...

Better.

We need the mechs to drop out of the dropships first. No point building a dropship before then :P

Also, I was thinking of doing up some fluff about Salvios, about how the the merchant lords and government interact along with the general gist of how Salvios operates in regards to laws and such.

Myomer has uses, but not nearly so many as an antigravity material. You don't need super-muscles if you weigh less than you should.

Gravite just has so many more uses than Myomer, ESPECIALLY as a special material we've got from the get-go.

Please enlighten me about these uses. Because from where I'm sitting, Gravite doesn't have many. (Now true, Myomer doesn't have too many, but those uses are... well, powerful. That's the breaks of specialisation though)

It might do only two things well (depending on whether we mess with *weight* or *mass* or both), but those two things cover a lot of ground.

It can make things weigh less, make things weigh more (yes, this does have its uses, for instance when applied to enemy infantry). This means we can create things that hover, things that move despite their immense mass (making our already-powerful engines even better), we can deflect enemy projectiles or lessen their impact force, we can FLY for goodness' sake, we can add what would otherwise be insane amounts of armor to our men, the list goes on.
