Dark Dwarven Pit

Title says it. In the middle of a cluster of goblin pits is a dark dwarven pit. Population <10. Same symbol as a goblin pit ruins. Is this a fortress conquered by gobs, gobs conquered by dwarves, or evil dwarves?

It's a goblin site conquered by a dwarven civilization.
