What is your plan in case more than 2 decisions?
If you mean with respect to whether partial votes are counted, I'll consider them as part of whether I decide there is a great enough margin to post, but they count for less than full votes.
You decide to throw a party to mark your reign, but retain the old calendar system.
In less than a week, the preparations are complete and the party is in full swing. After a few toasts in your honour, your former lieutenants, Nedru and Gostell, pigeonhole you between drinks to make you an offer: Gostell, a surprisingly talented warrior who has already earned some respect among both your rebels and the fortress guard, wants to take Sogeljar's position as Captain of the Guard, acting as your official military advisor and freeing you from the responsibility of organizing the guard directly.
A) Okay, sounds good.
B) Naaaaaaah, I like fighting.
After making your decision there, you're free to mill about the party and get to know your subjects, if you want. The majority of the revelry is being had by churls and thralls excited to get time away from work, but there are a few knots of jarls and thegns around, mostly keeping to one another as they treat the party as a networking opportunity. Notwithstanding that they have already known each other for most of their entire lives and spend almost all their time networking already. If you weren't a jarl yourself you might think there comes a time when a dwarf is fully networked out, but of course you have been raised since birth with the knowledge that there is never enough time spent trying to find ins with your greatest potential rivals.
But they're not your potential rivals anymore, now, are they? They all have to answer to you now, and you can go wherever you choose.
1) Spend time amongst the rabble to learn the pulse of the people!
2) Hobnob with the nobs, your true and natural peers.
3) Why should I have to go to them? Let them come to me, whoever dares!
