”Edgar, you just seriously injured a man while you yourself are unscathed! How exactly do you expect me,let alone the guards, to believe you were the one who was attacked?”
chastise Edgar for shooting civilians and assist the guards in arresting him if he will not calm down.

I figure at some point, you're just gonna run outta fucks to give and just off yourself whenever you get hurt at all. It's not like there's any downsides to it. Hangover? Suicide will fix that. Stubbed your toe? Suicide. Headache? Suicide. Papercut? Suicide.

Repeat previous lockpick/sneak/steal actions on another empty house.

My dear sir, you seem to need medical help

attempt to perform first aid to shot gentleman.
"I'll help!"

First aid, and doctoring if needed.

First aid, and doctoring if needed.

A group of doctors immediately descend on the unfortunate tribal, performing first aid that will not be detailed here in order to protect your innocence. By the end of the operation, he is able to walk around as normal once again. Miracle hands, all 5 of them!

(Both successes, back to full health)

Repeat previous lockpick/sneak/steal actions on another empty house.

Using the distraction to her advantage, Hikano finds a second mark and starts picking the lock. Her lockpick breaks half-way through, but at least nobody spots her this time.

((Lockpick failed, sneak success. No money for you.))

As everyone has a conversation, the guards indeed move in lead by the bearded dwarf. Since you are near a well-guarded gate during high-alert, you are essentially surrounded by guards in a matter of moments, with more swarming in every minute. Much like the civilians they have their weapons ready, but haven't actually shot anyone yet.

"Can't you get fifteen feet into my town without shooting someone? You with the gun, and you on the ground. Hand in your weapons and come with us to the station. I'll stay here to find out what happened. Justice is quick and fair 'round here, behave and we can let you off with a plea bargain. Don't behave and we'll be even quicker."

He then points to two guards from the back, who move towards Edgar. Two from the front move in towards the tribal.

Hand in my weapons, follow the guards, reminisce about the time when I wasn't shot in the penis.

Go and ask a merchant how much 12 gauge shells cost, and if I have any money buy as many as I can afford.

"Well, apparently I can't because one of the inhabitants of this town is an uncivilized barbarian that randomly attacks visitors with his sharp sticks. Guns are banned but spears are fair game? Bullshit."

Intelligence check, try again. Is seriously everyone in this town fine with having tribals throwing spears at visitors? Give my weapon, but make sure that they check the spear that was stuck in the hay too.

Escort Edgar and the guards.
