Abilities:
Cryovenom (50): Gilbert's fangs and claws have some form of venom-liquid nitrogen hybrid chemical in them similar to a snake's fangs, which can kill via simultaneous freezing and poisoning.
Cryomagnetic Roar (70): Gilbert can roar with extreme force and is able to coat things roared at with ice shards impaled into them, and can also knock out electronic-based objects.
Frosty Step (50): Gilbert can freeze the ground below him when he walks, to the point of cooling lava so it's safe to walk on.
Ice Shield (50): Gilbert can quickly freeze the water vapor in the air around him into ice to provide protection from attacks.
Ice Clones (50): Gilbert can create ice saber-tooth tiger-constructs which have the same powers of Gilbert himself but physically about the strength of an ordinary saber-tooth tiger. Note that the clones cannot create more ice clones.
Flight (30): Self explanatory. Speed is roughly that of an eagle.
Perk Themes: Ice and felines
Appearance: Picture a white saber-tooth tiger with dark cyan stripes, ice fangs and claws, and frosted fur. Size-wise, he's about that of a house.

Gaal'garot wondered just how far he had truly fallen to be having this much trouble with mere wildlife. Still though, he seemed to be faring better than the bird. And he was able to move deftly after worse.

An opportunity to strike has emerged. Instead of going for the neck, he would charge once again and instead strike at one of the bird's wings. It would unlikely be able to do much if he could land a solid hit to there.

Seeing no reason not to, Gaal'garot moves to smash the bird's head. If that works... Then he would go for blood.

If structure means being able to turn into the bird and fly around, then I agree. That would be immensely useful.

Structure-

Its wings appear to be made of hard muscle surrounded by stringy muscle. This also extends to most of its body, other than bone ribs in the torso, leading to the tailbones, like vertebrae. They're tiny at the end of the tail.

More bone is in the head, and in fact extends out into its crown. Its nearly unconnected to the rest, other than the muscles in the neck.

It's skin is incredibly durable, as is everything else. Its two feet and talons are linked to a muscle structure, but it's wingtips supports it on the ground.

All in all, a deadly combination, some of the best defense you've seen.

It can't actually fly though.. That's entirely Wind Ether.

Gaal'garot decides to let it go. It had enough blood for now; his next priority would be figuring out how to use Wind Ether to fly, or perform a midair dodge. He probably absorbed some wind ether through the blood, and this could be a very effective trick.

Also... The scorpion remains were still there right? Gaal'garot would go to get whatever blood that he could from it that could be obtained without much effort. He would spend no more than a couple of minutes with it however.

Next... He would look up to the night sky. How much time was left before he would need choose a place to hide from the sun?

It seems like it draws the Ether in as it uses it, but you don't have the skill to do so.(in both senses if the word)

You head over to the scorpion parts, cracking open the torso. It's cooled a bit, but you can still drink it.

Blood Memory-
Apparently, its main diet is Bunnits, bugs, and some sort of Ether. It stores some of it in it's claws for it's Deadly Needle attack. You can't use that..
Leach Life is a combination Poison and Ether Drain attack. This is something you can use, though in its current form, it requires you be transformed. Hammer Blow is also available in that form.

Time passed since last check. An hour and a quarter has passed. You see a silhouette on top of the rock ledge. Its eyes are glowing triangular red. It watches you for a few seconds more before turning and reentering.

 It seems to be some sort of spider, though its eyes jut out from it.

Actually, I did that. If you were sabercat sized, that attack would have completely enveloped you.

Glowing red eyes... Gaal'garot wondered. Could the spiders of this world have a combination of malice and willpower to handle even a vampire lord transformation? It seemed unlikely, but he decided that it was worth a quick check. He called out to it in a language not native to this world.
