Ability to Commission Festivals, Tournaments and Poems

Add a menu in fortress mode to hold tournaments and festivals in a designated area in your fortress. Also make it possible to have all poets write a poem of your chosen style and theme and choose the best to representg your fortress officially.

Yeah. And have dorfs petition to hold festivals themselves during special occasions. With fortress wide depression if the overseer cancels the equivalent of Christmas (or maybe just unease amongst the more religious).

It would be better if religious festivals pleasing whatever they're trying to appease gave a boon/buff, and displeasing festivals, or even the cancellation means possible  FUN.

If you cancel them there should be the possibility of illegal parties.
