I'm sure we can find some rope or chain on this shipwreck, not like it needs anchors or rigging anymore. Lets use the rope/chain to craft a crude and probably unsafe rope bridge from one section to the other.

With that out of the way.

First, attempt to concentrate the populace to preserve heat, and stack crates filled with vaguely insulatory materials along the inner wall to minimize heat loss.

Then, organize a 10 man scouting party to explore the area with rations for 3 days, along other supplies, which should include a cartographer's kit. They will be outfitted with two rifles, each with 25 bullets. Also, tents. If we have them.

Dedicate 5 boats with a crew of 4 each to fishing duty.

Attempt to rip up some unnecessary decking, wooden crates, and rope to build a bridge crossing the smallest gap on the lower levels.

Have the mechanics experts see if it would be possible to improvise a diving bell with the supplies on hand. Look into retrofitting a life boat into something upside down and extended so.

Grab the lifeboats, make a pontoon bridge from the fore section to the aft. Use any lifeboats not needed in this bridge to start moving material from the ship to the shore. Start with people, then food, then coal, then tools and stuff.

ALWAYS KEEP A LIFEBOAT CREWED AND SEPARATE FROM THE BRIDGE IN CASE ANY OF THE LIFEBOATS SLIPS LOOSE OR ANYONE FALLS IN.

Bunk beds on WW2 ships look roughly like this. While I am not sure of exact type of Cannalan bunks, I believe they should be somewhere near the galley anyway, and somewhat similar. There's plenty of reasonably strong metal chains and various metal pipes and stuff - using this and like, maybe (wooden) tables from the galley a bridge could be doable with basic tools, although I wouldn't test it's weight significantly, but it's something.

Also, I remembered - due to sheer incompetence, Cannalan ship decks were made out of wood up until recently - *"Crabby Wench"*, or rather *"Ovechkin Did Nothing Wrong"* does in all likelyhood have fat wooden beams on the top. Those beams can be used to make rafts, which I wouldn't bet on moving the heaviest stuff, but it still should go much better than with lifeboats.
For the meanwhile the people not working outside should generally hang out in one place - like the galley or something, and possibly instead of having everyone make their own fire, make one in rooms under it, this will either cook our people or serve as more effective form of heating. Maybe put some divide between two parts of the galley, one for women and one for men. Speaking of that, since Katzarin is the only child, we can't really afford any special treatment (not as in special because she's Katzarin, special because she's a kid), so she should just hang around the women that stay inside mostly, like, I don't know, the ones sewing or cooking (reeeee misogynistic pig).
I think the water should be shallow enough to use the crane and try to get the coal, but I am not sure how effective would that even be, we might be burning more coal than we'd be getting, and I'm not sure if it would even reach.
Also, the next time there's some stormy weather or just rough sea in general, the ship is gonna get swept away at least partially. We need to focus on getting as much stuff on the ground as possible, so while we're quite tight, getting food might be a secondary priority, but the spare people could probably shoot at seals or do whatever, I dunno. Eat the fucking chickens though, and make tents from the leathers for the scouts.
Igloos aren't a bad idea, I guess?

Igloos work very well. Because snow is a very good insulator, and a very common free resource. A well made igloo can keep you alive in -45 celcius, it can keep you warm at our current -15ish temperatures.

Take 50 people in the Lifeboats to the Other side. Use the materials(Skins and thread) to create Blankets and Hide/mats for building material/warmth.
