Ice is solid, but usually turns into liquid so it becomes wet.

There is also such a thing as dry ice.  Ergo regular ice is wet, otherwise the distinctiom would not be necessary

If you move it to the Forum Games section, does that count as 'locking' it because it's ghost will be locked here. ;)

Yea. Nobody touches dry ice, ergo it doesn't get wet with blood, ergo it's dry. Besides...

Is blood even wet? Surely, it's at least partly liquid, but would you call something covered in blood wet? No, you would call it covered in blood. Or maybe you would scream and call 911(or your local equivalent for ye non Americans).

But would blood touching dry ice even remain a liquid? Could blood... solidify?

You can bathe in blood, which may signify its wet.

Meanwhile, you wouldn't bathe in a ball pit.  The plastic balls (shouldn't :/) be wet.

Also, blood can solidify.  Its how you form scabs.

The full quote is “The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb." Educate thyself, ignoramus, or I'll throw walls of text at you that summarize to "Fuck you, I'm right."
