Nakeen, that's the worst thing you can do! Buri already has 8 buffs, 9 with your artifact. This enemy will, not might, shall negate every one once you cross that threshold.

Yes

Preemptive clarification:

All Three Basic Actions are spent, and all 3 Inalienable Actions are spent, on Grabbing a hold of the Flux to boost it by three tiers during evolution.

Flux does not work this way (no deductions)

The Core runs red with blood. Flux enters and begins to destroy it from the inside out, emanating from this Monster of a Servant.

All Persons Cosmic and up have full free will, but this is a relatively minor detail at this time

As it is at 7E rather than 8E, it is Cosmic tier and statted as 0-5-0. Note that the leftover 3E will evaporate at the start of next Turn unless the upgrade completes by then

Necrosis (Uses None): Instant death attack on the whole party, high chances of working. Very dangerous, can easily cause a instant Game Over if your party lacks death resistance.
Explode (Uses None): Extremely heavy, fire based damage.
Frigid (Uses None): Extremely heavy, ice based damage.
Storm (Uses None): Extremely heavy, thunder based damage.
HP Up (Uses None): Strangely, this attack does nothing, skipping a turn.
Entangle (Uses None): Binds all body parts of the whole party. Extremely dangerous if your buffs are about to vanish, rendering you defenseless against the boss' powerful attacks.
Pollen (Uses None): Inflicts random status ailments to the whole party.
Smash (Uses None): Deals heavy crush based damage to the whole party.
Slash (Uses None): Deals very heavy, slash based damage to one target. Hits four times in a row. Very powerful, may kill even with defense buffs.
Rush (Uses None): Deals heavy, pierce based damage to random targets. Hits up to 6 times in a row.
Resolve (Uses None): Remove the buffs of the whole party. Used if your party has at least 10 buffs.

This part falls slightly outside the scope of this game, but I'll consult it when writing the fluff for its attacks
