Just use javelins and arrange my line into a longer one.. I've got a lot more numbers than they do, and will get around the flanks pretty easily. There also aren't enough of them for a square or a good formation strong all around, so line up, pelt them, melee, and wrap around them. Keep a reserve of about a third of the troops to make sure the line keeps tight. Join in personally if there seems to be some enemy hero or something that needs to be dueled, or if things start going bad.

You extend your line to envelop theirs.
Power roll: 2d6>=4f1!6 = (3 3, 0 successes) = 0
You try to bellow some inspiring war cry, but you are out of breath from your run and it comes out as, just attack them already! Your men get the general idea of the plan to just swarm the enemy.
Attacking throw at point blank range:
120d6>=4 = 83 successes
Defense:
120d6>=4 60 defenses
A swarm of javelins clatter of shields, helmets, but many puncture armor at the legs, a few lucky throws at close range land in faces. About 10 guardsmen are wounded or heavily disoriented from the javelin attack.
What your senses failed to notice earlier was that a mailed knight is leading the small contingent. He is wearing a hauberk and wielding a longsword. He rallies whoever he can and meets your charge.
8d6>=4f1!6 = (5 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 3 5 2, 9 successes) = 9
The knight alone cuts down 4 of your orcs in a fluidic sweep as he seems to dance into your ranks.
56 of your orcs attack the remaining guardsmen. The soldiers of gondor fight back desperately, but their lines are broken by the javelin attack and they are reduced to brawling with your orcs.
Orcs:
112d6>=4f1!6 = 68 successes
Gondor:
40d6>=4f1!6 = 21 successes
10 of your orcs are skewered by spears even as the rest swarmed the humans. The soldiers are beaten down.
Coup D'oeil: 2d6>=4f1!6 = (6 4 3, 3 successes) = 3
You cautiously circle the isolated knight, you note that he is a confident and superior fighter. His stance is completely relaxed even as he faces certain death and overwhelming odds. You approach but hold back to prevent your head being loped off prematurely.
