About that, Tactics' playable Deathclaws have a minimal 4 perception. I don't know if this game is going to be based on Fallout 1, 2 or Tactics, though. They also gain perks every 4 levels (5 with skilled?)

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

Based off of 2, Tactics has a completely different play-style making the mechanics less compatible.

A part of me kind of wants to untag speech and put it on sneak, take 4 points of CH and leave it on 2, max PE and leave 8 points in IN. This would optimize my sniper character more, but remove my ability to intimidate or persuade. But I coulld become a crit stealth sniper and hit stuff across the map.

I'll decide when the real game starts. If someone is going to focus on charisma, I will modify Edgar and make him an ugly sniper.

Yes, I think so. I already did my action.

..Is it my turn right now?

Yes.

Alright, 2,4 shot using most updated character sheet:

First the updated sheet:
Spoiler: Edgar (click to show/hide)

55-30+16*8-4*0-30-15-6-2= 95%
Roll 80, hit
Crit chance bonus (95-80)/10 = 1
Total crit chance 20+1+30 = 51%
Crit roll 78. No crit.

8 Damage *2 bullet -2 DT +30 DR = 80DR Total base 14, 3 after DR.

And that is what a combat focused character looks like. Frank is grazed unpleasantly in the groin by the attacker's bullets. It only seems to make him angry. Frank 31/34.

Still Hikano's turn

Move to 4'2 3 AP
Lockpick 3'2 & 5'2 4 AP

Deck it north to the hallway. "Bye Guys!"

50% to crit is good enough for me.

Don't be too excited. Someone aiming for the eyes gets a +60% chance to crit.

Rolls 40, 36. Close, but the only one to escape is Hikano.

Be nice if that actually worked there.

And also a +60% chance to fail. A crit in the groin has a chance to cause knockout.

Generally head shots are best for knockouts, and have only a slightly worse modifier than the groin in addition to better damage.

Groin shots are basically a joke not meant for efficient combat :V

You didn't give me the hit chance, so I didn't want to risk it.

That is a lie. You clearly just wanted to shoot a man in the crotch haven been given the opportunity to do so.

It was a funny mental image. Is it now Frank's turn? Did Hikano leave the map?
