Set about gathering the founder and trying to keep them alive"Hmm can you guys help gather the wounded and keep the fluff balls away? I think I can at least keep a few of these people alive."
You set up a triage station at the edge of the chaos and start dragging burnt and bitten people into it. (1) This attracts the mothballs to your location. Before yu've gotten four people lined up, you are surrounded by the things. Leaping at you, biting, and knocking you off balance.

Sure, I can help with that
Carry anyone too injured to move to where Vlad designates, and send those better off in his direction. Fend off any giant mothballs that try to interfere. Oh yeah and pull Gwyn along too, so we don’t get separated
You scoop up Gwen and a couple of unconscious beings and deposit them near Vlad, kicking agressive obloids out of the way, sending a few of them tumbling. (6) you then set about grabbing and throwing the monsters, hammering them with their own kind and in general causing quite a ruckus, stepping on the wounded and knocking over allies and enemies alike.
Try to keep up, but with how deep this snow is, i think ill be best off just letting my wielder carry me, and ill do that instead if i can't keep up in this snow.
The snow is deep, but it's pretty hard packed too. With care ,you could run on it well enough. nevertheless, in teh interest of speed, Kongor scoops you up and hustles forward, dropping you at the triage station where a large group of the fuzzy beachballs is attacking.
Mve closer to the small monsters, then roar and stomp around to intimidate them. If they get close enough, slam the ground with both hand and try to crush them.
(4) you roar and stomp near the triage, scattering teh monsters away from the wounded for a bit. The battle is still pretty chaotic though. also (2) your roar echoes off the mountains around you. The sound of ice cracking and snow groaning comes back on the tail of the echoes.
Furry beach balls things huh? Well, assuming they have hearts, let's start stopping as many of them as I can.
(3) you don't stop whatever passes for a heart in these things, but you do essentially give a dozen or more lockjaw, freezing them in varying states of open and closed mouth expressions.
Dig in with my talons to stop myself. If successful, start moving towards the base again.
(6) you claw to a stop and launch yourself on a wave of glass shards back towardthe fray. You sail in at about ten feet up, leaving a trail about fifteen feet wide behind you. since you went off at an angle, you avoid the path of hte yakbeasts, but you have to swerve a bit to get around your allies in their little corner of insanity.
summary:
basically, you have the beginnings of a makeshift first aid station, and have managed to drive off enough of the beach moth ball fuzz monsters to establish a perimeter around that first aid station.
Meanwhile, the main camp is still completely overrun, and the ice is making some rather alarming sounds.
There's a couple dozen casualties from the base camp people, and maybe half again as many dead snowbeachballs.
