"My master would like to apologize. Keta Anuvo is the rogue Agent's full name."

Antony grunts, almost a growl, but nods reluctantly.

"Gonna be an ugly encounter, trying to kill one highly skilled meleeist, convince another highly skilled mutant, and not kill a bunch of others."

"I think you may be forgetting something."

"Let's just drop the robot into one of the alcoves. It can scan for wood, and I can trap them. Play it off as a terrorist attack."

Smile cutely at this.

Osmond raises an eyebrow.

"I don't know exactly what being a class-A mutant connotates, but I'm more than certain that it's going to take more than a few wooden walls to pen up such a thing, not to mention all of its subordinates. Plus, our objective is to kill Azirkan, not trap him. If we aren't able to get visual confirmation that Azirkan's dead, we may as well not even do the mission to begin with. Our best bet is bargaining - if we can convince the mutant and his soldiers to defect, it's just us against Azirkan. We come in for a quick and easy kill, and make a few extra bucks for recruiting the mutant while we're at it.

As much as I like the idea of a trap, I have the feeling it'll be a lot more difficult to pull off a trap successfully than to just take the path of least resistance.

"You seem to be misunderstanding. The human body is perfect for the growth of my trees. Believe me, he will die. The others will yet live however, simple."

"I think I understand quite well. I've seen a lot of shit in my heyday, believe me... and to think that an entire cadre of mutants could be overwhelmed by a simple trap is to think in a wildly optimistic manner. In this line of work, it's best to assume that the worst possible outcome is the inevitable one. If one person could handle this job in 5 minutes, the corporation would just send its regular goons to do the dirty work, not us. The fact that this mission is tasked to us makes it evident that we aren't dealing with some run of the mill job. I know you weren't here for the last mission, but when everyone tried to do the job their own way instead of cooperating and trying to avoid casualties, shit went downhill quickly.

...and again, we don't know what powers these mutants have, nor do we know those of Azirkan. I doubt that such a ploy would be easy to execute. And besides, what if there's no wood to be found?"

"I'd much prefer a stealthier approach, at least until we coerce or disable Azirkan's head bodyguard."

"Azirkan is a baseline human, correct? In that case, that half of the mission can be completed using a single bullet, or a slash to the neck or other vital point. This remains true regardless of his guard and combat skill."

"Incorrect. He is of goblinoid descent, specifically hobgoblin. Very resilient for an otherwise average humanoid."
