Powers:
From a Heroic Artifact, Split and grow into several, from there, grow into a Divine Artifact. Store everything within yourself to grow. And from that Essence, become a Keystone from the Essence therein.
The Power to store Essence, and combine it to improve the Artifact's own tier- Stores Essence in the form of a water rich in all things needed for a world of water. Has a central diamond core within it's own dimensional pocket. This core serves as the core of the world to be born from this seed.
Birth of a New World- Upon being used, creates a world made up almost entirely out of water, kept in it's own gravity well. A number of factors and tweaks can be added to it's birth by the Seichō-on Kami, so long as it remains a world made up of it's crystal core, and water.

I create a lesser servant and drop it in the kingdom of the silverhand. And tell it to replicate, scan everything and everyone it can get on, and collaborate with the kingdom to maximize scanning efficiency, all of these as much as is possible while ensuring survival. Also to store the data on the iron servitors, who should be around to collaborate.

Description: A nanomachine, the size of a mote of dust, NOT ORGANIC, NOT ALIVE

Powers: Self replication, disassembly and reassembly of matter (if there are enough of them), energy harvesting, can assemble into most machines if sufficient numbers of it's replicants exist, incredible survivability, centralized data storage, and the ability to scan stuff and store it as data to be reassembled with resources at another location.
I also go meet the leader of the Silverhand Holy Kingdom and warn them of the incoming planetary collision and my Dust motes, which will catalog the kingdom and act as an ark to reproduce what it can on the new world.

I create a new prophecy that states that the mecha pods will be used by the Holy Kingdom of the Silverhand as a way to survive the planetary collision.
Another prophecy that The kingdom of the silverhand will prepare well for the upcoming apocalypse, preparing groups of specialists in grown mecha pods to escape the planet, scanning in samples of tech and magic to be reproduced on the other side, and doing whatever else they can.

Furthermore, Mavnon materialises in the DLSR2 imperial palace with a basket of Culture literature, passing them to nearby blobs before walking up to Emperor Meiji himself and offers him some tea. She then does a plot reveal.

1. She is the sakusei-sha kami, the creator of the first DLSR1 in the first world; the lesser sphere. She gave them the small world to grow and flourish in their Culture.
2. She then orchestrated the isekai of their whole people into the larger sphere. She has since watched from the shadows and the heavens as the true people of Culture have spread, establishing their 優位 all over the lands through both inner power and ingenuity. She says that besides granting them their superior biology, she had no hand in their conquest. She was喜んで, delighted to see such beauty wrought by the People of Culture.
3. She appreciated and praised the mercy displayed towards the other species, those moe and less so. They could still be useful.
4. This all said, there were greater trials to come and in preparation, the DLSR must be prepared. As such, Mavnon proposed a solution; officially recognise Mavnon as imperial goddess-saint and creator, and she will grant further boon.
