realizing that Gasnareth had not recently done anything he went forth to the kingdom of maxin broke down his greater Essence and left behind a regional Greater law...
Secondly he wandered over to the Empire of Darselav and unleashed a new horrible monster upon the world- The Glorious Doom Slug!

While all that happens, Manannan also attempts to copulate with the concept of universal order as personified by Kel, as privately agreed.

Eris, in addition, also votes for Manannan.

”Your invasion is not welcome upon my home and domain, maex. Send them back to Dirt, or I will curse them and bring about the destruction of all dextroth kind, both upon Dirt and the moon.”

The strange god stared over at his kin, unblinking. Not stoic so much as alien. I was given permission and passage onto the moon by the primordial god Acter. I am not fearful of your threats, for the invasion you speak of does not exist. If your mortals hate weakness, they have nothing to hate in my children.

Maex looks upon the earth and sees little incentive for greatness. The ocean is full of kingdoms and is ripe with life. The reefwalker had populated the ocean to the brim with colorful corals, vibrant fish, and all manner of fantastical aquatic life. Yet the land bored him. Perhaps some incentive to rise above the mundane life will inspire the mortals of this land to rise up and achieve their fullest potential.

Using one GE Meax creates the Mindstone Crown, a divine artifact.
Spoiler: Mindstone Crown (click to show/hide)

Using his remaining power Maex sends visions to as many ambitious mortals as possible, especially heros, dexoths and Maoths but any mortal with enough ambition will hear his call, telling them of his call to action (as follows). Then show them where the crown shall appear so they may move to claim it before its arrival. It shall appear in a centralized location.
Mortal, I have sensed ambition within you and I call now on that desire. In the near future a king shall rise to power. They will not need be of noble birth, nor of high stature. No. They shall claim their kingdom on their own merits. For it, they shall fight. You shall fight. Seek out the Mindstone Crown, it is the symbol of the right to rule and who can claim and hold it, shall be king among mortals. Go forth and fight for your destiny, it calls to you. [/s][/s]

Gotta do something else.

Mpaďspama creates a patch of fragrant red onions (a location) on the Savage Fertile Continent using manual labor and patronizes the result.

”I do not remember such an agreement being spoken of between you and acter, Nor would I agree to it with the way you drive your creations to conquest. As for my mortals, I have plans for them that do not involve conquest, And their hatred of weakness is not of my design, but instead part of the black sun’s curse.

I will not ask again, Remove them or they will be anihilated.”

Ah... Inanis. While I agree that I am not particularly pleased with the actions the Drexoth have taken since their arrival - or plan on taking - they were brought here to protect them from the Cataclysm, and based on conditions in their home back on Dirt, I am not certain it is safe for them to return. I think it would be better to try to redirect their ambitions away from conquest rather than attempt to remove them entirely. Maex, I would appreciate it if you were to assist in that endeavor, if only as a sign of goodwill. Yes, I am aware that you attempted to bring only those Drexoth that would be most open to diplomacy; their decision has been... disappointing to me.
Inanis, I did give my approval. Maex, I am not pleased with how your Drexoths have behaved themselves since arrival, or rather how they have made known they plan to behave themselves. Make a compromise. I won't even obligate you to use any of your power for it, I'll use parts of my Quintessence to enact the solution. But figure something out between the two of you.

It is not my folly that you do not pay attention to the world around around you. I have spent the power to bring them hither, and have done so with the blessing of Acter. I do not wish my children to be destroyed in the Cataclysm and I do no desire to engage in war against you either. We have been invited in and are here to stay. So let us come to an agreement of sorts and come to live together peacefully. Agreed?

”I am Not as unaware as you believe, and I will not stand for your insolence. You could have acted in the same manner as I, and shielded them from the touch of the black sun, but you did not! Now you seek to spread your power hungry creations to the world that is built upon me without opposition to cause further destruction!

Acter did not officially extend any invitation to you, and even if he did recently, It is not His alone to give! Your actions betray your motives, and though you claim not to desire war, you have sought it out in the most arrogant manner possible. A curse upon you, Maex, and upon your vile minions!”

(Placing this here until DH removes his unwarranted attack).

Using a GE, I bless the Moon Dexoths with impunity against madness and other assaults upon them, especially those from Innanis Dominus and his followers.

Using an E, I curse the starborn with a weakness of the mind, softening their minds and resolve so that they can not resist the attacks of the dexoths if war does break out. This will also make them more prone to falling prey to slavery.

Innanis Dominus. It seems we have reached an impasse. You will curse my mortals, I will block your curse, and our mortals will continue upon the path they have set down upon. I believe you do not want this future. So I propose another.

A summit between the leaders of our two races. They shall meet on even and neutral territory to negotiate a fair treatise between the two civilizations. This meeting will be arbitrated by a fair and impartial judge acting on behalf of Acter. The mortals shall decide for themselves what future they desire. Do you agree to this compromise?
