"Great! Thanks!" "I don't really believe there's any way to really make the situation "worse", but we will try to help."

Manual Labor: Eris and Discordia incarnate somewhere in the Darselav Empire, maybe a road or street with lots of people. They take their humanoid forms and immediately start writting and personally handing informative pamphlets about themselves to passing Drogos. The goal is to generate awareness of their existence as deities among the Drogos, increasing the chances of having someone start worshipping them from zero to non-zero.

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

The surface of Manannan ripples, beating in multiple concordant rhythms as he continues to flow through the minds of the Spirit Chickens, assessing, choosing. Those he deems highest in virtue, strongest, best he rewards: these few become the Pure Ones of the Pantheon, ascended to Legends by the shared power of the Chicken Gods. As if by an anime transformation sequence, their bodies glow and change, becoming larger and stronger, with more limbs and whipping eldritch tentacles and an orange sun mark on each forehead.

Name: Pure Ones of the Pantheon
Description: Several Spirit Chickens chosen for excellence in chickenness to be the flagbearers of Chicken supremacy. They are gifted with enhanced size and strength, between four and eight wings depending on standing within the group, and various combinations of primatesque grasping arms and prehensile tentacles which can be folded away when not in use. They can also shapeshift for stealth missions.
Species: Spirit Chicken
Powers:
 -discipline of mind and body
-special resistance to mind-control and manipulation
-intrinsic understanding of things that could be called 'magic'
 -strength of 1000 chickens (each)
 -roughly 2× standard chicken size
 -extra wings, arms, tentacles (variable)
 -shapeshifting
-empathically connected, can communicate through thought; communication is voluntary and can be blocked out if compromised

Manannan then disgorges a number of droplets equal to the number of chosen chickens, each of which instantly petrifies into a Heroic artefact.

Name: Emeralds of Manannan
Description: Spherical sea-green emeralds, flawless and clear and cold to the touch, which glow faintly when in use.
Class: Heroic
Powers: These gems allow the manipulation of energy or power in all its forms, including the "magic" powering laws and other artefacts. They can act as both mobile Nodes and mana crystals as well as whatever other divine power source they need to mimic, while also enabling the wielder to sever the connections of others to the same power, such as (but not limited to) causing an attacker's spell to fizzle out. They can also be used as emergency flashlights.

Manannan tells the Pure Ones: "You are my champions and the champions of Elmedo (if he's still around) and Mpaïspmapma besides. And of Mavnon, Discordia, and Eris, I suppose, since they signed on. You must rally the Chickens to take their rightful place at the forefront of Dirt and its Moon, and to dominate the empires of the lesser beings! And to advance your technology to a decent state, ideally. And tell them to just give up on the area immediately around the Inner Sea, as I've declared it a no-go zone for living things, and my Word is Law. Which reminds me, make sure to clear up for everyone who the right gods to be worshipping are; it's all the ones I just said a minute ago. So your first job, really, is going to be uniting the various Chicken religions under the banner of the Pantheon. Kill all the infidels and that sort of thing. Then you move on to killing the other empires. Shouldn't be too hard, I'll let you get to it then."

Then he adds: "Oh wait, I almost forgot, don't destroy/subjugate the Dareslav... Darelvas... Darselwhatevers. We're on good terms with their god right now."

Then he adds again: "Somewhere on this continent you will find some dwarves who worship Kel. You are not to harm those dwarves; in fact, it is your divine mission to help them to the best of your abilities. Make sure they have food and resources. Permit them their weird order-based religion, and peacefully encourage them to grow beyond their greed."

Manannan will be the patron of all of these things.

First Step, otherwise know as a lot of talking and planing.

"Uhh.. You alright?"

'mn..'fu~'

"I'm somewhat fine.. Kazenooto's.. sleeping."

"Heh, let her sleep. Now, apparently we are in someone's universe. And it doesn't look good for it. Mizunone?"

"We also seem to be in some form of realm, which appears to look somewhat like home."

The two look at each other, conveying what to do.

"Well, we should see what the current state is like first. Mind finding a place for Kazenooto to rest? I'll check up on the situation."

"Very well, be careful Hi-chan."

"Yeah, well.."

Hi no Yōsei takes a look at the state of this Realm. Mizunone take Kazenooto to the Pavillon Waterpool.

Time passes, as it does, and Hi no Yōsei returns from her exploration of the Realm to the Waterpool.

Harp music is being played.

"Mizunone, this place is fricken weird."

"As I can tell. While you were exploring, I found this place."

"Mm. Morning, Hi-nee-san."

Morning, Kaze-chan. Sleep well?"

"kind of.."

"Well, this pool near us appears to reflect the worlds below. I've looked, and well.."

Discussion ensues

"so as I have seen, this world is on the brink of collapse. This Discord has entered the Worlds and Creations itself, and is heading toward it's own destruction. It will happen soon, at that. No question."

"..."

"Jeeze, this is as bad as our own situation was, if not more so."

"Aa.. What about these laws these Beings made?"

"Hm?"

"Some of these.. If they were to be used correctly.. Maybe we can.."

"Well, it's a guess but.. They can do it, can't they? Overcome it..."

"..You want to use the same as those acient humans did, so long ago?"

"Well, it's not as if it would negatively impact this Ema-dono. Maybe for a time, but Humans have shown to be remarkable, when given the chance. Though many would likely die.."

"Mou... Forget I said anything..."

"No, it is a good idea, lance the poison and grant the mortals down below the ability to survive on their own. And there is no way to delay it, it will occur regardless of what anyone else does."

"If we do do this, we need to do it right the first time.. As well as pick a place that won't be affected by the others. A battleground. ..Kazenooto, as painful as it is, it will work, so long as we trust them to handle our mistakes, their mistakes."

"Hi-nee-san.."

"Besides, we'll be there as well to help them along. Right Mizu-ne?"

"Hmph.. Dangerous as it is, it should work out. We just need to trust in them."

A decision is made, and a plan struck. May these mortals forgive what we are about to do. Grow strong, and work hard, Young Heroes.

{1 GE} The Continent of Elys is formed in the Dexoth Ocean. Quite a ways off from all the others, but equidistant to them.
It is a land noted by it's cold north, and pleasant center, with a humid south. Unlike most other places on the Planet of Dirt, the soil is clear of the usual crystals and gems, proving good for farming. Rivers and a steady cycle of seasons are noted on it, and the crystals and gemstones found elsewhere are nowhere to be seen.
(Granted, there are no living mortals capable of thought on it. Patron Protection.)

{2 LE for location creations of the First Yggdrasil- First Stratum currently in the process of creation}
The Great Yggdrasil. A Gigantic Tree has been noted to the north on a rocky mountain. A towering tree, with a simple entrance to it's endless heights. Multiple Strata exist, but for now, the only one known is a warm, beach-like forest. Many aquatic monsters are found within, fairly weak. Quite a few powerful plant monsters lurk within the the higher floors of this First Stratum, and a fierce Guardian blocks access to the next Stratum.
(In progress)
[Yggdrasil Created]
[Strata Created]
[First Stratum Revealed, needs monsters]
[Remaining Stratums not yet revealed. 4? remain.]
[Patron Protection in Effect.]

{1 LE- A lesser law affecting this Yggdrasil}
------The Law of Determination (Greater) [Foxmox]------

The Law of Adventuring (Lesser){First Step of an eventual system}
The Law of Determination is active within the area around Yggdrasil as well as within it. Defeating Monsters counts as Training in whatever style the Adventurer uses..

"Well, we have the plan for everything, all that is left is to work on it."

"I should get going, while this is a start, we also need to spread the word."

"Kay, Kazenooto and I will hold here and see about creating the rest. Don't be afraid to call for help."

"Bye Mizu-onee-san."

Mizunone is Incarnating.
[Incarnation in The Aokoa Theocracy]
[Goal, to sing and play her harp, and speak of Elys and the strange tree she saw there.]
{Systems in Effect- Mizunone falls under Water Magic.}

"Well, I guess we should make that prophecy, we'll need the coin for later."

"Right, guess we should go do that."

The Slab of Prophecies

"I'll go first then.."

Many shall hear of Elys, and people of all races, capable of reason, shall travel there.

"Is this okay?"

"Sure, Kaze-chan. Now, let me do.."

A city shall spring up around the Northern Yggdrasil, as explorers gain permission to explore the Yggdrasil Labyrinth.

"There. Now all we have to do is wait and prepare."

"Now, why don't we go watch over Onee-chan, kay?"

"mm."

I'd like to make one thing clear: do not mess with my Dwarves. Do not mess with them, unless you would like your Pure Ones' heads on a pole. Or detached, I'm flexible. Are we clear?

Now that that's out of the way, on with my actions.

First, I bless the Dwarves with decreased greed (2 LE), hoping to reverse their Hate. Secondly, I Incarnate before the small group of Dwarves:

“Stop now. Look around you. Is this the remains of the proud Dwarven people: a dwindling tribe of thieves? A place where everything worth anything in this world is sacrificed to the monster of greed? No. This cannot be allowed to happen. Mend your ways, my children. Mend your ways, or I must purge you from this world.”

Thirdly, I find the most honest Dwarf and make them a Legend (1 GE), with instructions to lead the people through this difficult time:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I instruct the Servitors to begin transplanting the new plants from the Basin to the surface and guarding the Shrine, and I use Manual Labour to create a Location fairly close to the Remnants:

*sigh*
Ugh.
Alright, first off. Kel? Can you withdraw the Law that allowed for travel between Dirt and the moon? While I prefer connectivity, it doesn't seem safe right now.
Second. Ah... Inanis. While I agree that I am not particularly pleased with the actions the Drexoth have taken since their arrival - or plan on taking - they were brought here to protect them from the Cataclysm, and based on conditions in their home back on Dirt, I am not certain it is safe for them to return. I think it would be better to try to redirect their ambitions away from conquest rather than attempt to remove them entirely. Maex, I would appreciate it if you were to assist in that endeavor, if only as a sign of goodwill. Yes, I am aware that you attempted to bring only those Drexoth that would be most open to diplomacy; their decision has been... disappointing to me.
Now. Hmn.

A blessing over Magaria, that their is no upper bound on what one can achieve, and the only limit to their abilities is the work they are willing to put into training them. (1 EE? I'll split one of my GE for it.)
A Hero of order and persuasion, to bring the cursed heros to the path of Improvement and Magaria to peace and prosperity. (Also 1 EE.)
A Legend of diplomacy and reason, to show the other Magarians back to way that they lost in the Cataclysm, and to aid in ensuring peace with the newcomers to the moon. (1 GE)
And within the territory of Magaria, two entities: a clockwork dog, and a tree made of silver with gold leaf leaves. (As stated in the OOC OP, single plants and animals are free. These may be made of metal, but as far as I'm concerned they are simply a metal plant and a metal animals.)
What to do with the Quintessence, though...

Don't souls go to the realm of either the god that they worship or that which created them if they don't worship any?

"Yes you have a point in that regard however there is a possibility there might be problems with the souls if they enter in as... something different. I might be a bit paranoid but with discord appearing and I having to use some of its power to restore things might have caused some issues with the souls so I have created a need to study and understanding what might happen in the future to assure the future of what has been created. We still have a cataclysm looming so staving it off as much as possible before it comes is a priority. This should be one of the ways to find it aside from watching for something."

Both, I believe; a location for the souls to go to and a Law that isolates it from the universe and collects the souls there. That being said, I also support an afterlife construction for my own reasons.

As for the Law of Interplanetary Travel, I cannot dispel it at this time. I can instruct the Servitors to guard it, however. Although I don't think anyone has used it yet.

24-hour news stations across the Divine Plane of Ema are reporting breaking news that Elmedo the Afflatus has suddenly exploded for no reason. He is survived by his harem, the other chicken gods. In accordance with the wishes of the deceased, all his stuff is now under the mutual ownership of the chicken pantheon, except for his telescope keystone, which was donated to Manannan and now rests in the Elmedo Memorial Wing of Manannan's realm.
