Named after an execution method on suul’kan desert planets of lesser severity, the Hap’paal’don is a large 3.5 meter tall creature, and is actually very very large width wise (think a hippo the size of an Bull African Bush elephant).
The jaws of the Hap’Paal’Don are almost as wide as its body, and filled with a series of heavy-duty grinders and neck muscle more then capble of grinding tank armour to little more then sand.
This is not a weapon, The Hap’Paal’Dons jaws are merely meant to supply its real arsenal.
After being swallowed, food is separated to a different stomach, while materials like bone, carapace, Rocks, minerals and metals all travel done to a separate series of stomachs. These stomachs are designed to reduce any hard materials that passed through them done into a sand like consistency.
The strongest “Sands” are stored in hundreds of organs under the skin, Kept under high pressure leaving them as nothing but hundreds of super high density armored plates.
After these stomachs are full, the sand is instead released from large pores located around the outside of the Hap’Paal’Don.
When it comes to telekinesis, A liir is capable of creating a single large force to move many things at once, or focus their attention in or to manipulate smaller objects.
The Hap’Paal’Don possesses hundreds of small brains, devoted to nothing but telekinetic manipulation of certain parameters that are guided by the massive primary brain of the Hap’Paal’Don.
These brains are used to manipulate the sand that the bioform creates. These hundreds of brains allow the Hap’Paal’Don a near unmatched control over the sands that it creates.
The sands of the Hap’Paal’Don are fully capable of doing many things.
From creating Hyper dense walls and Rotating shields of Sand to protect itself from enemy fire and heavy munitions, To ramming Hyper dense Balls of Sand into the enemy like the worlds strongest hammer, To Spears and blades of sand all the way to the worlds scariest sander, made at the width of a single grain of sand in order to cut straight into heavily armoured enemies.
Blunt force, Abrasion, Constricting force, Powerful spears and blades of sand. The many means of killing available to a creature capable of manipulating sand like the Hap’Paal’Don is capable of are many.
The Hap’Paal’Don can also use its sands in order to grind surrounding rocks and minerals into even more sand, This method allows the Hap’Paal’Don to “Swim” through solid earth as its sand digs and grinds down the earth around it and it moves itself with its sands.
The primary brain of the Hap’Paal’Don is highly intelligent, On the cusp of sapient. It needs to be in order to effectively co-ordinate the hundreds of Telekintic brains located around its body, While at the same time participating in combat.
The reaction time of a Hap’Paal’Don are exceptional, allowing it to react to outside circumstances faster then a normal lifeform .
The Hap’Paal’Don is a living Sandstorm, With its body being almost nothing but Grinding stomachs, Jaws and Brains. However, such an assessment fails to see, That the Hap’Paa’Dons Body can more accurately be summed up as the sum of all the sand around it.
A large spider Bioform covered in heavy, fur-like carapace, each of these carapace furs act as hundreds of interlocking scale plates, capable of stopping kinetic weaponry via compressing and hardening even as it is attacked. When attacked with an energy weapon, the Gavantulas specialized armor “fur” is not heat conductive, making the 5 cm thick pelt very very difficult to heat up. This enables the gavantula to survive an inordinate amount of enemy fire, while giving it a rather cute nature due to its fluffy appearance.
The Spider-like gavantula possesses 8 legs, but only 4 are used for locomotion with the others being specialized for combat. They primary locomotion legs are used to carry the Heavy Archer bioform at a considerable pace and can be used to cling unto sheer surfaces via a specialized means, similar to that of regular spiders.
The front legs are small and are used by the gavantula for manipulation and melee combat. These legs are used for any form of lifting, carrying and other such tasks that the gavantula might need to fulfill.
The back two appendages stick up and above the abdomen of the gavantula. These appendages are covered in thicker “fur”, which are heavily metallic in nature. These Appendages posses a series of electromagnetic organs, enabling them to fire these furs at incredible speeds, and a very high rate. The furs at the tip of the appendages are launched, while the fur farther down the appendage will progress forward towards the end of the “leg”. This enables a weapon similar to a magnetic “Machine gun”, and as long as the gavantula is kept well supplied, it will not run out of ammunition.
Lastly, the gavantula is equipped with 4 eyes optimized for ranged combat. On either side of the Gavantulas eyes are two large “eyes”, double the size of the regular notes laser.
The gavantula is designed to provide a high amount of firepower on a highly mobile platform, capable of traversing horizontal and vertical terrain both underground and on the surface, while bringing firepower capable of suppressing and support any foes of the notes that might show up.
A heavily armored creature made up of a hundred segmented body parts, the centurion is capable of surviving with even 80% of its body segments fully destroyed being fully compartmentalized.
Every single one of these 10 meter long and 10-meter tall segments of chitin and biomatter are capable of keeping the centurion alive by itself.
The head of the Centurion is capable of spewing a powerful acid from its mouth and crushing similarly sized opponents in its massive mandibles.
Along with every single segment of the centurion being more than capable of keeping the centurion alive while its regenerative properties fix segments that have been knocked out of commission, every segment is capable of carrying a variety of armaments, form acid mortar claw’s similar to the clawncher subform, to hundreds of note scale laser eyes all the way up to fully dedicating the segment and its adjacent to mounting a full-sized evil eye, with two segments dedicated to mounting it and the adjacent 6 dedicated to powering and cooling the massive (for a ground creature) weapon. Air, land or structure, the centurion is more than well equated to slaughter it.
With over a hundred segments, the Centurion is fully capable of wielding armaments equal to an entire regiment by itself, paired up with its 200 legs propelling the monstrous piece of bioengineering both over land and under it.
This is a good thing, as the sheer size of the centurion will require that its super-heavily armored form be deployed singularly, as any attempt to deploy an entire regiment of such creatures to ground warfare is estimated to cost somewhere in the range of an entire Cruiser. As such the centurion is designed to be deployed by itself, supported by local regiments and attachments instead of any of its own kind.
This Titan class lifeform is a champion, designed to concentrate such a level of force and killing power in such a small area that the only viable answers are either a combatant on a similar scale or the enemy being forced to take inordinate amounts of casualties attempting to overcome the Titanform.
A Flying creature capable of standing on its 2 powerful back legs and with powerful 3 clawed front limbs that are able to be used like a hand from a humanoid species, while at the same time possessing sharp, metallic claws that are able to cleave straight through metal armouring.
However, For all the danger that the Fla’Gan would represent in a close combat situation, this is not the standard use for the 3 meter long creature.
Instead, the Fla’Gan is a light Ariel combat form.
The 4 wings of the Fla’Gan are similar to those used by dragonflies or humming birds, capable of moving up and down hundreds of times in a second in order to propel this creature through the air. At the same time, these wings are, Despite their slim nature, armoured in layers upon layer of flexible membrane, making it very hard to harm the creature's wings when in use.
The eyes of the Fla’Gan are quite interesting, and posses two large special lens membrane that are designed to protect the delicate organs that make up its eyes.
The Eyes of the Fla’Gan are capable of seeing the entire secptrum of light, Heat and even radiation. This makes it a good scout for the Liir ground forces and adept at picking out enemy targets or fliers in the sky.
The Fla’Gon posses to primary weapons.
The first takes advantage of the long neck of the creature, creating a form of biological railgun, designed to accelerate a heavily metallic organic compound. Once this organic compound is exposed to air, it ignites to a temperature comparable to plasma, creating a jet of pure heat.
Using its long and flexible neck, the Fla’gon is perfectly capable of projecting this Dragon fire breath away from its body and at targets at near any angle.
The second primary weapon is the tail, making up 1 third of the length of the Fla’Gan. This tail posses a series of telekinetic brains, lined along the tail, that are used to carry a compact coating of sand while in flight or combat. In melee when deployed to skirmish on the ground, this powerful tail can be used as a telekinetic hammer to smash its enemies, But in the sky this sand coated tail has a different use.
The Fla’Gan is perfectly capable of hovering, and turning in place in the air, this allows it to aim its tail at an enemy. Once aimed, every single telekinetic brain lined in the tail activate, creating a hammer of telekinetic force, that also carries along with it hundreds of rock, pebbles and sand in order to smash enemy fliers from the sky.
The debris combined with the telekinetic Pulse should be able to act as a shotgun, ripping down enemy fliers in a hail of kinetic energy and earth.
Subforms: (IE Things to Revise the notes to make on planet)
The Queen subform is a large Note, Almost 3 times the mass of a normal note, my much of that being inside of their large abdomen. The queen subform is a living genetic forge, designed to produce larger amounts of eggs produced from a library of genetic codes.
These genetic codes include the regiments of notes and all of their subforms, along with all attachments that are born via normal reproduction. Any attachments that do not include Liir handlers are possible for reproduction.
Every Bioform will of course vary great, some requiring hundreds of more hours ‘In the oven” before they will be ready to be laid in the form of an egg in comparison to the basic note, but a single queen subform is capable of creating hundreds of Viable warforms in a matter of days, and an small Hives worth of queen bioforms would be able to most likely spawn entire regiments of notes at a truly shocking rate.
Any planet that a Regiment of Notes has formed a hive, the queen subforms are sure to follow, and from their it is but a short time before the entire bestiary of the liir Biocollective will be unleashed upon the enemy.
The Biocollective are not masters of the art of surface warfare, luckily we shall have numbers to spare to make up for our lack of expertise.
Possessing a body similar to a shrimp, the clawncher subspecies body is composed of 75% Claw. Its massive claw is larger then the rest of its body, and has been designed so as to support the heavy appendage.
This giant claw acts as a large cannon, capable of firing its payload of highly flammable acid. This acid is based on the acid used by the boarding appendages, which is fully capable of melting through ship plating. Unlike the acid used by the boarding appendages, the acid used by the clawncher Note subspecies is Highly flammable and will light on fire if exposed to sparks, high heat or the lasers used by the Normal Notes. As such this acid is highly dangerous both on impact and after having been delivered.
The Acid Payload is stored in thin, metallic membranes that are fired through a similar railgun system as the spine launcher, if near infinitely slower so as to take advantage of its ability to arc.
The Massive claw of the Clawncher acts as ammo production, storage, firing mechanism and aiming array, With the Claw possessing a secondary brain designed to judge the distance to target via telepathic Hive communication, wind speed and the Specialized eyes of the clawncher.
The brain makes all necessary calculations to ensure that the clawncher is capable of using the specialized artillery piece that is its weaponry. The primary brain of the clawncher controls the normal bodily functions, allowing it to move and fire at the same time.
While in non-combat, the Clawncher uses its powerful acid to wear away obstacles to the construction of the hive, Melting down hard bedrock that can impeded the construction of new chambers and tunneling, this should aid the hive in its ability to creates hives of very rocky planets.
