Huh... Oh well, they get 100 damage if they just stand and shoot for two turns... I would need to use the item AND move if it were heals. If it were a turret then it would be spotted and destroyed. Not to mention that there is probably someone else there... The vast majority of items are weapons, which would be useless right now, so probability is worthless.

I'll just stand here and empty my magazine at them.

"Enemy rifle-dude at C4, requesting support"

No, wait, reloading! ... doesn't actually change anything... nevermind...
