Okay, how would you describe it, then?

Welp, this conversation is taking a weird detour. In the distance you hear another peal of thunder.

Quote
> Okay, how would you describe it then?
< I don't know
< Just don't like referring to it so directly
> Alright
> Anyways, what's up?
< Just got worried about the weather
< Heard someone's tires squealing like they'd lost control for a sec
< But since you mention it, I think we should talk about strange happenings sometime
< What was that you said about giving an old man a ride to heaven?

At this point you realize someone like Steve Blue would've pointed out innuendo there without mercy. Small miracles...

Quote
> Oh yeah
> Well after I left your house, I got a request on the app for someone waiting outside the nursing home
> So I get there to find this old guy, all neatly dressed
> And now I think about it, I don't remember him having a phone
> I pick him up, he starts talking to me about classic rock or something, and it starts getting all misty out until the car's just surrounded in a white void of fog, and the drive's taking way longer than it should.
> So I kinda put it together and ask him about it, he tells me to get as old as him at least before I go the same way.
> Then he's just... gone into the mist, which clears up pretty fast as I drive away.
< Well then. I don't recall seeing any mist this morning. It did start getting cloudy though.
< But yeah, we should definitely talk about this stuff. Maybe in person some time, if you're that afraid of the NSA seeing :v

Sounds so much like innuendo for some reason but yes, we should

Maybe don't do innuendo with the werewolf we literally only met a day ago.

I mean, not on purpose or pointing it out specifically, just not bothering to change it because life is too short for that shit.

Considering prior posts. I'm nigh certain you're trying to make the character act weird again.

Embrace the weird, maybe?

Insisting that we never do anything out of the ordinary is an easy way to ruin an SG.

The character is a normal person whom is not being piloted by a hivemind. Keep that in mind when posting suggestions, they aren't gonna magically go pants on head crazy just because their job is a little weird. Additionally. Bay12 is a SFW forum. Keep that in mind as well.

If a little awkwardness and innuendo is considered unsafe at your workplace, you should become a NEET.

(Eh, it's not as weird as they were posting before. I'll veto anything truly dumb. But choosing what direction to take in personal interactions is an important part of this game. I'll give y'all some more time to vote on that reply as there's disagreement on it though.)

(On looking again, it seems it's 2 v 1. I didn't even notice the innuendo at first, so it's not really out of line.)

(Also, I wonder what folks are picturing when I just say she lives in an apartment)

You send out one last reply before you get back on the road.

Quote
> That was a joke.
> But yeah, I can think of a few things I'd rather do in person.
< Alright, let's talk soon.
< Stay safe out there

The rain continues picking up as you drive until you're fairly sure a weather anchor somewhere is getting fired tomorrow. There's an ankle-deep flow of water running next to the curb and a sizeable puddle encroaching on your parking spot. Thank god you brought the groceries in earlier. You wonder if you should take Mr. Henderson's harmonica inside with you (y/n), and then make a dash for your unit, getting a bit drenched even over the short distance you're exposed for. Ugh.
