Removed from play is removed from play like in Yugioh, except there are no cards that target them. At all.

Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

Also, as next in line for a deck, how are your decks, current players?
Fun.
~~~
Vs. Supernerd:
I draw.
I play Wood Axe: Split[Attachment/nonattachment]
  EITHER Can only be attached to "Little Red Riding Hood." Increase the Power of the attached by 2
  OR Deal 2 damage to your opponent or one of the Living Permanents.
I use Wood Axe's nonattachment effect on Curmudgeon. Curmudgeon is now rather dead.
Your move.
Does this "removed from play" pile have anything in common with the one from yugioh? Such as, they have cards that specially target them so they really aren't removed from play?
No cards target it. Also, it's called "removed from the game." Some cards actually refer to cards being "no longer in play" so the distinction between "from play" and "from the game" is important.
:punt thread. Loves idea of lyric based card games.
It was a challenge for me as I have broad taste. Picked my first deck based on how damn funny I found the song.
VS Fallacy
I draw.
I play this card, and use it to destroy Medicine!
Cancel: Standard
  Destroy any nonliving Permanent.
Gentleman then attacks your Grama, and since it no longer has its 2 power it is destroyed! As Gentleman is a fighter, it is able to damage Grama despite her having no power. If that weren't enough, Grama is now removed from the game entirely!
Your move.
Vs. Supernerd
But wait!
I react with Assumed Identity: Reaction
  If one of your Living Permanents would be damaged and "The Wolf" is in your hand, immediately play the card and divert the damage to it.
As a result of Assumed Identity, I play The Wolf: Fighter
  If "Little Red Riding Hood" or "Grama" are in play, set them aside until this card is no longer in play. Increase its HP and Power by 1 for every card set aside for this purpose.
  HP:2 Power:1
Grama is set aside and The Wolf gains 1 HP and 1 Power, going up to 3 HP and 2 Power. It then takes 1 damage from Gentleman, going down to 2 HP and 2 Power.
My turn.
I draw.
The Wolf kills your Gentleman(attacks for 2 Power).
Your move.
Hold on. You never played the reaction card beforehand. If it wasn't in play during my turn, then I don't think you can use it. We may need a GM ruling on that.
Reaction: A card that is treated as a Permanent without an effect when first played. When certain conditions occur, the card is revealed and its effect is resolved.
*twitches*
Darn. I thought reactions worked differently. I think you might be right.
I will admit that you clearly had ample opportunity to play it and the game would honestly be more enjoyable for the audience if it was played though. I guess I could have considered a different action if it was in play during my turn though?
I'll accept whatever ruling the GM makes on this one.
I agree that it would be more interesting if we assume that FallacyofUrist played it beforehand. Since you're cool with it, Supernerd, I'll rule that it takes effect as Fallacy intended. Just remember to play Reaction correctly in the future.
