Resources: Can fulfill needs for life or requirements to use a technology.
Life: Plants, Animals, or Beings. Can fullfil the needs of other life or requirements for technology.
Anomoly: A phenomenon that affects other cards.
Technology: Can grant a being a power to affect other cards, destroys resource cards if used repeatedly.
Charges: How long an anomaly will last. Can be recharged.
Threshold: Max population of a life form. Low helps it to spread. Cards that are satisfying the need of another are not counted.
Needs: Life can depend on a being, animal, plant, resource, or even anomoly. Does not destroy that card. A life card with less copies and more satisfied needs wins any tiebrakers.
Evolve: Reduce or increase a stat by 1, or changing 1 aspect of a diet. Change the name if the original lifeform still exists on the planet.
Manifestation: A form you take.

Phases
Each phase gods will receive several cards. Once all gods consecutively skip or cannot take further action, the next phase will begin. Cards not spent increase your turn order next phase.

Renewal Card:
You may create plants, animals, or resources. Animals must have satisfied needs.
Hand:
3 × Evolution Card
1 × Anomaly Card
Evolution Card:
You can modify plants and animals. Choose a card in a region(all copies are effected), then add or subtract a stat by 1, change 1 thing about its' diet, or similar type of change. The change must not conflict with the needs of other cards. Choose a new name for the offshoot.
Anomaly Card:
When you create an anomoly it has 4 charges. The more effects it has, the faster it drains. Powerful effects may need be broken down into smaller components. You can recharge 2 of an anomoly.
Your Titan can do 3 of these things, repeatedly if desired:
-Change appearance
-Uplift an animal to a being
-Double a pile of cards in a region(must be able to support it's needs if any, choose where extras above threshold migrate to)
You may play 3 tech cards. The recipient being learns from watching your Titan, and makes a story.
Tech: Give to a Being card. Briefly describe the technology. It must require atleast 1 resource.

Things will be experimental, and some choices will be in response to how early rounds unfold. My main concern is to keep things simple.
