You grab your most handsome and respectable looking soldier, and point towards the fortress doors. "Go, announce my presence, I wish to to meet the Lord of the Dead."
Several minutes later a small host of Cthulhuoid Soldiers exit the fort to escort you in. A table is set up, and on it a great feast featureing meats from both the land and the sea. At the head of the table sits a massive black sea lion, who wears a crown made from the skull of some great reptile. Your host introduces himself as Bark-Ark, a god of the hunt who currently reigns over the various underworlds as Lord of the Dead.
After pleasantries are out of the way, Bark-Ark offers you some wine, and inquires as to why you have come to visit him. You take a deep breath and launch into negotiations!

After hearing your story, Bark-Ark frowns.
"I remember this Tuft of yours. She pleaded to me that she was under the protection of a beautiful Goddess called Sunpetal, but I had heard of no such being before and thought her a liar. I had the thief's soul sent to The Kiln, a
Pandemonium where departed souls are made into various servants for my master. By now, Tuft's soul will have been torn apart to used as material to bake several supernatural beings. As 'Tuft' no longer exists as a single entity, I am afraid you have failed to keep your promise... and it is all my fault. I must make it up to you! Whatever shall I do?"
A: Send word to the Kiln. I want custody over all the beings Tuft's soul is part of.
B: Replace my mortal child with an immortal one! Take me to your bedchambers, and spend your essence to ensure I conceive a deity!
C: I am new in this world, and desire allies. Organize a feast in my honor, and invite your master's pantheon!
D: I can't think of anything you can do now, so I shall take my leave. However, Beware! You owe me a favor and I WILL call it in later.
E: I cannot forgive this transgression! Troops! Storm the walls!
F: I cannot forgive this transgression! You best ready your defenses, for I am going to make cannons and reduce this place to rubble!
