You relieve Sukina of her command, and declare Doll-Fin the new Imperial commander-in-chief. Your consort is also granted command of your host, which is sent along with her to back up your mortal followers.

Sukina takes the demotion well. Her only response is to apologize again for her defeat at the hands of the campers and swear her loyalty to the new commander for the remainder of the war.

The enemy must have agents keeping an eye on your legion, as they choose not to attack this year, instead they hang back and gather their strength so that they may completely overwhelm your improved forces and eventually deal a decisive blow.
The Campers, you learn, are now lead by Go-Trime, the divine patron of Military Quartermasters and god of logistics. This new enemy leader is working on providing his troops with even better equipment made from legendary metals mined deep below the mountain-homes near the divine dwelling of his Pantheon.
The freshly regrouped Patrol is now commanded by Urshoof, the dwarven goddess of livestock. Urshoof has been sleeping with her armies canine and equine mounts and using large amounts of godly essence to produce divine steeds and mastiffs for her greatest champions to ride into battle.
A third dwarf god, believed to be the truly mighty lord of the undead Bale-Urist, is rumored to be somewhere out in the great plains, rounding up Nomad Dwarf mercenaries and land pirates to form yet a third army to oppose your empire.
7.6 CS:Young Cider, the post-mortem son of Emperor Walnut, appears before your throne with a wide grin. "I just got back from visiting my brother the God Emperor. I got bored at his palace, so I decided to sneak into his basement while he was sleeping. I saw all his plans for the secret project he is working on. Would you like me to tell you mother?
You consider the child's words. As curious as you may be about Sun-nut's project and reclusive behavior, you are not sure you like Cider snooping around the Imperial Palace. Sun-nut is not only Cider's kin, but also his better, as the young boy is mortal and his grown brother is a full fledged god. If Cider is willing to share his brother's secrets, you can't be sure he wont be willing to someday share yours.
As for Sun-nut's secret!
A: Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!
B: No. Sun-nut intends to surprise me, and I trust him.
As for the worrisome snooping behavior...
A: Reward it with praise!
B: Reward it with a minor artifact!
C: Scold him for spying on family!
D: Scold him for spying on a god!
E: Stress how much you love him, and order your court to spoil the child. He will not turn his talents against you if he feels loved.
F: Banish him from the divine dwelling. He is a hero, and can make his own way in the world, even if he is a decade from adulthood.
