Hasn't been a save-breaking update in years, I'm pretty sure

While not necessarly game breaking , it's important to notice that some bugfixes of a new version may not always be applicable to saves from previous DF versions (like some fixes for the visitors made recently) and said bugs may/will still be retained even when loading your old fort into the new version.
