Kyuu looked at the world and the mountains made by her hand, and decided to add a few more ranges of them to the world, making two mountain ranges, one in c6 one in d6

(I think you probably mean J2 and K2?)

(Also, wow, that image in the gods list is really annoying...)

I guess I can move that over to its own spoiler in the first post.

Looks interesting but moves too fast for me. PTW

Feel free to join later if the game should slow down to the point where you can manage it.

Will do.

Yeah, that would be fine.
It's just that, as it is (was? I haven't looked yet. :P ), it takes up over half of the original width of that list on my font settings.

Supernerd, what happens when two gods try to affect the same tile? Which one is given precedence?

Also, can gods collaborate their FP on an action? I would like that to be true.

I loved to read the original Gridland Survival game and watch idiots die, and GM a short lived revival.

PTW until I get my stuff setup.

Also, do late joiners get some form of catchup bonus other than bonus starting dudes (and presumably enough extra food per person)?

EDIT: CIV SHEET

Civilization Name: Orassan Empire
A group of cold-loving felines known for their technological advancements.

Their fur colors usually are what you'd normally see on domestic house cats, but rarely they can have red, yellow, or orange fur. Their fur patterns and physical features can be varying, almost all of them based on feline species, extant or not, that exist in real life.

Start Tile: K11

Most Orassans that are religious worship Felius because Felius is a cat god, and Orassans are cats.

I wish there was a cold tile to start on, but if any god is willing to make my arctic feline race roleplay dream come true, make K11 a Boreal Forest instead of a temperate one.

I can make a boreal forest A11, 0cra. Your people don't have to worship me until they are well-settled.

 Deal?

Turn 4

Spoiler: Tiles (click to show/hide)

Some new rules regarding god actions have been implemented. Read the first post to learn more.

Godly behaviors of particular note
Felius converts tile D3 from a desert into a catnip field!

A new god has emerged, their name is Arkas!

The Nirii Dominion
The Nirii Dominion sends one person to forage at B2 who collects 2 food, one to B3 who collects 3 food and one to C3 who collects 3 food. Research begins on farming. The theory has been understood by the Nirii Dominion, so it might be possible for them to employ this technology in the future!

Harr
The Harr civilizatoin stagnates. (What this means is that a player did not post an action in time for the update, and their civilization is basically frozen in time for this turn. You can avoid this fate by checking the forums every 24 hours or less)

Sylva Horde
The Sylva Horde sends two people to forge at J11 and two to K10. 4 food is collected in J11 and 5 food is collected at K10. Research begins on Basic Toolmaking and the Sylva Horde is able to understand the basic concept of a 'tool'.

Cultivating of Beans
The Cultivating of Beans sends one person to forage at K1 and 2 people to forage at J1. 2 food is collected from the Swamp and 4 food is collected from the Bog. One research point is added to the swamp farming technology and one civilian prays to Blarg.

Orassan Empire
The Orassan empire is established at K11, uncomfortably close to the Sylva Horde. Their first order of business is to Worship Felius.

Hasoc Takes offence at the Orassan Empires lack of dedication to the creator of the land they stand upon, and takes the forests of K11 from them, producing Mountains in their place.

Alright, I think I will join in as a civ:
Civ name: Drecthul Commonwealth
Civ colour: Orange
Starting tile: C6
Starting actions?: 1 Civilian each will scavenge the tiles C5, D5, C6, 1 Civilian will worship Kyuu and 1 Civilian will research Mountaineering (basically a tech that improves results when scavenging from mountains)
